(I don't desperately care, I've never been suicide ganked nor been suicide ganked myself, I just think it's funny how people complaining about CCP listening to forum whiners come here to whine even more!)
I was pondering this as I ran my errands. I think it's a form of self-justification/affirmation. Subconsciously, these people realize that they are emo-raging (they're coldhearted pirates, right?), so they feel the need to explain that they are sticking-up for something greater (the "spirit of the game," CCP, whatever.
If you can undock in any form and be "immune" to non consenual PVP failing lag out then eve has changed for the worse.
I am talking about last lowsec cyno'ing Jump Freighters, insta alinging/warping Istabbed+nomand planted blockade runners,
whole corps hopping corp to dodge war decs,
and loot thieving Noob corp hiding smacktalking space crackers.
and soon any highsec mission runner - fitting less than a few billion, cause if you pop a T2 guy for the luls hes gonna complain of greifing - and I can see which direction the GMs and Devs are taking. "aww did he get blood on your fuzzy bear suit?, Well ban the bad man for you"

When they bring in non destructable equipment, and player ship respawns with cool down timers because they listend to the lazy then you'll be complaining...or maybe not.

I dont agreee with teh nano nerf. I have neevr killed anything while fitting Nanos (only ever used them ofr bumping caps of stations in low sec)
