but not any word about it yet, why 
i.e., I've 15 offers at the same station, but only 3 of them are visible at the region wide view! doing missions and selling loot/minerals/imps are building my income, but it looks like one part of it after the other will go down the drain.

I think the devs are waiting until the new market system is done, which will leave escrow devoid of public offerings, as the new market will be able to take care of that.
I believe the new market is coming with the first Shiva patch... but I'm not quite sure.

God I hope it gets fixed before shiva comes out.
There should be some kind of black market where people can sell named/meta items. Even if it was restricted to < 0.5 systems.
I think i have just come up with a kick ass idea. :-) |

It is not really a bug. Escrow were never meant to be used as market replacement. The bug occurs because the server stops listing after 200 entries to limit bandwidth utilization. The listing is done without any sorting. That's why you see some items of a station and not the other ones. Try to limit the items that are listed to below 200 and you will see all items.

How can we, as a single player, limit the number of items on Escrow? We have no power to control the Escrows placed by other players, especially when they wish to spend time spamming Escrow with shuttle/battleship scamming attempts or to sell 40 BPc's seperately.

Market replacement? Then give us a market for bpcs - and FAST. Christ, do you really expect people to spend hours sitting on the crappy trade channel spamming between all the other spams? No, give us a bpc market then.

I've been wondering why my escrows don't show up when listing all escrows... If that is the case, then we need at least a way to search for items on escrow. Either just by title, or by the name of the item itself. It would resolve a lot of the issues with trying to find items on escrow.

by shortening the search for it. like, "only at this station" or "only selected region"... it should limit things a bit. but, does no good in the main/highly populated systems like Yulai where there are thousand+ escrows... good luck!

Can see how it'd work too...same paths as current BP listing in market, find the bp and instead of a Buy Item it would just have the Advanced Market Info there. Once in it'll give the normal qty, price per, location, # of jumps away. But then add 3 columns "PE", "ME" & "Runs Remaining".
Do that and also remove BPs to be allowed on Escrow and you'll see 95% of Escrow empty in a week.
I got a case of Jim Beam for the first dev that puts this in place.

PS Dev team, that case will open today and I'll be drinking it. So the faster this gets put in place and done right, the more you'll get to drink.

Traveler means limit it to the system or constellation, so it doesn't seem to be maxing out at 200.

Sorry, but that's a pretty half-ars*d approach if I've ever heard one.
Giving the CURRENT market the ability to handle named goods, and having a seperate 'Blueprint Copies' section in the market for BPCs would eliminate virtually all of the load on Escrow. Then people would really only use it for bulk sales or special orders, which is what it's for.
I don't see any technical reason why we can't sell named goods as it is, the decision to not allow us to seems pretty arbitrary to me. Heck, if you want to keep it seperate from the 'Items' category, make a new category - 'Prototype Items' or something.

The Escrow system was set up for both, but only temporarily for stuff that couldn't be sold on market.
