gw is free...there is no argument to be had. cut your losses neighbors, or the militia will cut them for you. people live unhealthy, and unhappy lives, mainly because they enjoy lying to themselves. there is no deed to 0.0 regions my friends. there is no real ca resistance to our militia. it is safe to say....we control gw. no more argument.

Based on the sheer number of posts by Celes members, the only conclusion I can come it is gate camping must be extremely tedious.

Seriously this thread has no point, it's a damn game and we have our tactics and you have yours.
You seem to think that our tactics are to sit and safespots and flame - well, we respect people until THEY start talking crap, like CA did _BEFORE_ we declared war on the whole alliance. I still respect people/corps until they start talking crap.
Time to log on now, guess I'll have to sit at my safespots. I have 1 safespot in the entire GW/curse region btw and that's in bvip. Only reason I have it there is that I had to hide a bit from about 30 CA battleships back when you actually supported your claim to the GW's

GW is not "open" and free to be mined simply because if nuetral corps start showing up in numbers and trying to mine / use / fight for the region, they will be stormed and killed / chased into safespots / logged out.
You know what people say to someone suggesting "lets go get celest, they are in b-vip"? "Why bother, they will just (choose 1 of) run / log / safespot / jump to empire". As has been well documented in this thread, CA is not presently actively using the GW region for anything much at all. We still claim it and anyone who thinks they are going to bring their corp down and start large scale mining ops there will find out to their dismay that although we dont actively use it, we still consider it CA territory and will blow them all back to their scordite in empire.
Lets say just for a minute CA did decide they wanted to mine GW on a massive scale. Could CELES stop us? No.

Therein lies your answer to "who controls the GW".
