You know you've played too much eve when you can give someone a cookie-cutter setup for a ship you've never actually flown >.<
I was at a friend's house and he suggested we go find something to eat, he asked where we should go and my response was "Meh, just undock from the garage, floor it and see where we end up"
Words like ore, barge/battleship/any other ship type no longer have any meaning for you outside of eve.
You watch star wars, and contemplate the fittings of each ship (and chuckle when the millennium falcon gets zapped with a tractor beam)
You've seen enough of these threads to know that even though all the other ones being replied to would yield screams of NECRO, half the people replying will STILL reply with "When you've seen a thousand of these stupid threads"
You literally stay up all night for an op, taking a one hour nap at downtime (Did this once about a year ago when my teeny corp tried to take down a large POS with a handful of battleships )
You've written a 2 page + post on the forums arguing some aspect of the game.
Even though eve has thousands of systems and dozens of regions, you know which ones are good and which ones suck (applies especially to nullsec)
You spend enough time playing to easily afford to keep 2 accounts active with isk.
You know the joke of why the Thanatos is lopsided (read up on your greek mythology if you wanna figure that one out )
You play other games and automatically associate the different races with their eve counterparts (Aeon were Amarr, Cybran minmatar, UEF caldari and Seraphim were the Jove for those who play SupCom )
You figure out which of the races correspond to which eve faction before learning the races' names. (Played Sins of a solar empire, don't remember which race was an amarr knockoff, but there most definitely is one >.< )
You run into some unexpected cash, and ask a friend how much isk you could get by flipping GTCs with it. (This one didn't happen to me, I was the one who got asked )
You don't flip GTCs, not because of any moral reasons but because you know to make a sum of isk big enough to really matter/get you a ship/mods you can't already afford, you'd have to spend a couple hundred bucks.
That's all I can think of for now, all of these (except the one I mentionned earlier) have happened to me, some more then once, I find these are only really funny if they're really...well...real ^_^
