It's kind of like religion, if a sect doesn't like the current rules they branch off and make their own set of rules. The same can be said for governmental control. This especially plays out when concerning guns. When they gave us the right to bear arms that would be a mistake on their part because now people will refuse to give them up. Nuking one of our own cities and calling it a terrorist act will have an adverse effect as it will only make people want to hold onto guns even more. Sending in the military won't be as much value because your talking about the same people with guns here. Some will side with the government, some will side with the 'defecters'. the chip debate has been up for a long time and people have been fighting it and I see no reason for that to stop.
