I'm pretty sure you can also set access to "corp" or "alliance" meaning that anyone in those groups doesn't need a password, and anyone else can bounce off the shield. been in a number of POSes where this was the case (staring at a substantial capital fleet outside the shield). so unless they changed that, i don't know what the OP's problem is, aside from not checking what options exist before whining about them not being there.

There is a problem with preventing reds from entering stations but not POS shields. I propose the following fix: Outposts changed to operate on a password system - if reds get password, they can dock. Add password to each station service - reds may be able to repair, use market, reprocess, refit, if their intel is good enough to have all the passwords. Would that make you feel better? If we are to allow a titan to do these things why not allow all ships to fight inside a POS shield if they manages to get inside? Why is Titans getting a "special" treatment on this issue?
