Well, giving you the benefit of the doubt for now (the updated BPO screenshots were indeed better sorted than the originals), a couple of questions:
On your spreadsheet, under expenses:
(i) "Employee: 400 million": is this funding for GTCs for two accounts to operate this enterprise?
(ii) "LFA Alliance: 100 million": membership dues for the 0.0 alliance you mention? The local heavies who are willing to defend your deployed assets? And they're willing to do this for just 0.58% a of your gross sales when you have such a huge operating margin? I'm surprised they didn't want more.
Further issues:
(iii) in the real world, hiring an auditor is something that a company itself does, and the expense is counted amongst the other expenses; obviously there aren't securities regulations in New Eden to mandate the same, but that does seem a sensible model;
(iv) still no confirming post from your security force.
(v) Just a light-hearted jab here, but regarding the "Doctored Photos" webpage in the screenshots that Shar helpfully saved... you say "if i was TRYING TO SCAM PEOPLE i wouldnt be STUPID enough to have PHOTOSHOP open while EDITING the pictures..."... so you're saying only that you closed Photoshop beforehand?

Answer: I was forcasting 400 million to go to whoever we can hire ( 1 or 2 people ) to help with hauling, reactions, etc. I know the work involved maybe too much for just myself.
Answer: The alliance charges a flat 100 million ISK / month for all corps. regardless of income

Answer: I agree, i will work in an auditors cost into the situation
(iv) still no confirming post from your security force.
Answer: I am TRYING to get Sir Prime from LFA to get into the forums....

Answer: I cant write my name in photoshop, neverless doctor BPO lists or Wallets....

Being the Ex-Owner of the said alt corporation, i can guarantee that IPO wasn't a scam.
Despite the outcome, Shadow did work hard to get things sorted out and anyway no matter what you do , as soon as you post on market section of forum, you're tagget as a scammer....
Number were fair and i did took the screenshot but providing too much information could had lead to the corporation death. I also understand the worries of those seing potential photoshoped screenshot.
Thx for your hard work shadow

thanks saint for stopping in.
we werent able to get the ISK into the hands of the owners hands fast enough.
It seems one of our investors screwed everyone else, and went behind our backs to cut a deal.
Nothing to fault the owners, but really a bad move on that persons behalf.
Any ways, the 18 + billion ISK i had in hand for this purchase was all returned to the investors.

The reason i removed the post in the 1st place was because the investors wanted to keep the IPO semi private, and at the time we had enough " promised " investors to make this work.
So, i thought i didnt need anymore capital, and removed the post.

Sadly i do not have direct proof.
All i know is that an investor who had already a month or 2 before this offer had purchased a small section of the business we wanted to completely take over.
about 4 days before we were to close the deal, that investor, who had promised about 20% of the capital we needed, stop responding to any emails.
He was online frequently, as i had him in my address book, but refused to talk to me.
So, once i heard that we were all of a sudden outbid, i put 2 and 2 together. I maybe wrong, thats why im not naming names... yet.
