i've seen FW corps spam local just for the sake of getting lag and obtaining advantage
i think that every player in FW must get at least 60 FPS out of their machine or stay out of FW, memory caching must be set to off, then OS must be properly configured
Windows will run a lot better if disable antivirus, firewall, disk defrag and most importantly System Cache
Every system with 2 GB RAM does not need HDD for paging file... must be defragmented.

closing help channel, assets and character sheet helps a lot, not spamming scanner works too
