Ammar boost ended up with explosion and em resists being nerfed. :)

Once I hear someone boasting that he solos in BS (actually - any mention of "solo" apart from "Vaga", "Rapier", "Curse" and some other ships) - I know that this is about lowsec.
Because even free cake and 3D-exotic dancers don't get null-sec pilots so arroused as "XXX in YYY flying a mega". Just 5 jumps through monitored territory and you are in bubble with 3-4 recons/HACs on you, jammed and dual-webbed, 10 km away from the gate. And help is not coming...

Well, to tell the truth - I know 1 person who is capable of soloing(as in - 1 account, no Falcon alts allowed) in a BS in nullsec, but
a) It's a cruise Raven
b) It has to do with his most common enemies just as much as it has to do with his personal skill.
But in 99,99(9) cases saying you can solo in BS in nullsec is BS.

I don't care about BS-solo or lowsec types of PVP ATM.
When these two types of PVP are combined - the degree of me not caring is quadripled
I just couldn't help but notice that solo in nullsec is a dying art and is restricted to nano ships.
BS solo in nullsec? Not in my Eve. :)

Cap, I do agree that his kills (there were solokills in BS - they are just further away in the KB) are as much of the "win" on his side as they are "fail" on the enemies side. As for the bait setup - it works. It kills people. And it does all that in the hostile enviroment of 0.0 - bubbles, caps, intel-channels.
This guy is using a nano-Nighthawk, FFS. The undisputable "worst PVP commandship in EVE". And he actually kills stuff solo with it!!! Agreed - there are NPCes, and his enemies can be meh - but this is "live Eve". These factors would always be important, and if you buff a ship because it looks to be fail but in certain situations does great, than it will simply become OP and in half a year when everybody and their mom will be flying one, you will see "nerf it with fire!!!" kind of post.
P.S. The setup in your link is utter fail - passive tank mixed with active tank and SPR T2 on an active-tanked PVP ship??? Hurri was an overkill, Ruppi would have done the trick :)
