Considering a Typhoon can deal more damage after patch, in many setups, I don't think adding a 5th turret would be a bad idea.

Adding that turret without adding drawbacks would be wrong as Raven will be the strongest ship after the patch even without the extra turretslot.
Also, a Typhoon can also deal more damage than many Apoc, Megathron, Tempest, whatever setups, sure, it just depends on a setup. A max-damage Typhoon is sure not as strong as a max-damage Raven. And while doing more damage than a tanked raven, the tanked raven would still win.

No. Would create a heap of new problems, and ruin a load of the good aspects of mining. No need for any change to them, can't even see where there's a problem.
