Well, i found out that the web page name should be changed, again heh, and i did change it from Alpha Strike to Dark Paradise. So it have more a name to what the web page looks like now, also dark and nice. Other than that. Is there anything you want to see changed on my web page?. The thing i'm thinking about is to make the Setup page to a web based EFT page where you can do almost the same as the normal EFT can do. But that project will take me LOOOOONG time to do, so will see what it will end up to. Check out my new flash web page 'Dark Paradise'

No matter how much like it is to the template on that web page you linked to. No wonder why i used like 6 months to finish this web page. And you think that it's the end of the world because i got me a template that you can get / buy on some web pages?. Who doesn't copy others web designs and redo them today?.

To drive home how serious this is: If you get caught in University stealing somebody elses work, you get expelled. Permanently. No other university will take you. If you ever plan to pursue an academic career, you should seriously rethink your position. And yeah, stuff like this is really pathetic.

It is therefore my conclusion that the OP has done his "research" and "his" site is the end result of that research, and in no way at all plagarism... honestly. It has been suggested to me, by folk unsympathetic to the OP, that the OP is an unreconstructed, intellectual property thief with a small (probabaly quite spotty and cheesy) **** and no mates and/or gf/bf/suitably compliant pet (delete as applicable), who feels the need to overcompensate by bigging up a site that is, in no small way, mainly (modifications to the template and slotting in some different ("researched") music aside) other folks' work... but I couldn't possibly agree with this assertation given the OP's robust defense of his methods earlier in the thread. I would have to side with the OP on this one. After all, if someone is arrogant and immodest enough to distribute their work via the medium of the interwebs, it should come as no great surprise when some selfless individual decides to use the fruits of their labour without subjecting the person(s) who did the bulk of the work to the harsh and glaring spotlight of forum-slag scrutiny. I feel that the OP has rendered a great service to whomever he sto... erm, "appropriated" the template from in helping to publicise their work without risk of the attendant harrassment by pimply faced pseudo-programmers from across the globe. All he did was stating it is his website, he worked a long time on it. No mention of a template anywhere. What he did was steal somebody else's work, and try to pass it off as his own. What sets apart a website from another one? The design. Not the content, which is just writing random stuff and changing letters. The design of the site is the same as in the template. It is plagiarism, and it is a serious offense. Everyone trying to defend stuff like this is a complete ******. Also, I like how you have the same writing style as NightmareX.

He have never said that he did the template from scratch either. He said he have done most of the work on the web page to get it to work. He have said in this topic that he have had help underways, and the players that did help him here even posted here to. He never stole the template, because he got it from a friend. It was his friend that stole it. If you see it that way. And who doesn't steal others web designs today anyways?. It have gone slower than i expected it to go to finish this site because of my real life. Here he said that he had been making a web page, nothing wrong by that. And he said that he used longer time to finish the site because of his RL. But now, it's finally done. I will ofcourse welcome new things that i should or can change on my web page. This web page is not a normal web page, it's pure flash. So make sure to have Flash 9 or 10 installed. The flash stuff on my page itself takes 630 kb, so it's not bad. Here he said the page was finally done and said he will welcome new things to the web page if you have any good ideas. And then, now he said this is NOT a normal web page, and he said it's a pure flash web page and then told to make sure to have Flash 9 or 10 installed to be able to see the web page. Nothing wrong here to. Then to the last thing he said. Since the song on the web page is streamed in 192 kbps, then i really hope you have a fast internet connection, if you want to hear the song right after the web page is loaded. We are living in 2008 so most peoples today should have a pretty fast internet connection. Anyways, here is the link to my web page:......... If you have any questions about my site, you can do this. The site is nothing special, it's just about me and what PC games i play and about the city i'm living in, but you will see it on my page. Then he was just telling about the song he was using on the web page included with one of the edits. Then he gave the link to the web page. Then he just said that he hope you like the site / work and then said that the site IS NOTHING SPECIAL and then said it was just about him and some of the games he's playing. And about what city he's living in. So tell me exactly where he have been telling anything wrong here?. Yes he didn't include that this was from a template, like that have anything to say. Because if he had bought that template, then it would still be HIS WORK on the web page no matter how the template is. It's not like it's the end of the world because he didn't include that. Because if you had used 5 mins to look on some template pages, then you would find that template anyways, so it was not really a reason to include that. So why are some of the players here whining and accusing him of things when he have been as clear as it's possible to be there?. If you can only whine and accuse players for nothing then just stay the hell out of his topic.
