so my main just joined a corp.
I have no personal standings at all to the corp i want to run missions for, my corp has standings of around 6.4 to them.
the agent i wish to use says "You need an effective faction, corp, or personal standing of at least 6.30 to use this agent," but I still cant access any missions.
Am i missing something? Probably am but help would be appreciated

Agents use personal not corp standings for eligibility.

It means that your standing with That agent, His/Her corporation or His/Her Faction needs to be at 6.30 to use them.

ugh, is this correct, and if so why does it say personal, corp or faction? Is that a typo?

Corp standings does not mean YOUR corp's standing's towards the agent. It means your standings towards the AGENT'S corp.

ah i see. So they are all in reference to my personal standing towards the various entities, gotcha.

It is. You're not the first to be misled.
It's strictly accurate - you, the person, need a corp, faction or personal standing with the agent. Not that you, or your corp, need a standing with him. But just because something's technically accurate doesn't mean that it is not open to misinterpretation.
