You're adding "U" in completely pointless places, it doesn't make you look intelligible, it makes you seem parallel to the stereotypes we have of Americans; uneducated, incompetent morons.
Somebody is suffering from humor deficiency. Lighten up M8. If the many non-English-speaking people who play EVE can manage just fine...what reason do you have to complain? |

OP It will be a moot point when the Samf+¬lag fyrir +¡slenska menningu (Society for Icelandic Culture) succeeds in getting the government of Iceland to pass that law they want where all products made in Iceland use the Icelandic language only. |

This is Middle English written by Geoffrey Chaucer (heard of that guy brits? I think he was Englyshe...) :
'Wepyng and waylyng, care and oother sorwe I knowe ynogh, on even and a-morwe,' Quod the Marchant, 'and so doon oother mo That wedded been." (Modern English - 'Weeping and wailing, care and other sorrow I know enough, in the evening and in the morning,' said the Merchant, 'and so does many another who has been married.' )
You'll notice things have changed a bit... *gasp*!
Also - too late..."American" English is no longer "American". The world has taken it and made it a tool for communication. It's all about communication. Someone from Petrograd and someone from Peru can communicate. This is a good thing. Maybe instead of complaining English people could think: "Wow...something we started has changed into something the world uses as a tool...cool..." Times change. Lately, times change very fast. Adapt (adopt?) or be left behind. |

What makes this hilarious is that "moot" means the opposite in England/Australia as it does in the USA.
Oddly, it kind of works either way, dunnit?...depending on who you are...
@ Clyde - please stop being rational...this is EVE, after all!
