After you find this number, check on battle report logs regarding their applications. If you do this correctly, which would cause you a little effort but I promise that it won't be so exhausting, you will see that all Titan class ships operates with a dommsday device.
I believe your programming betrays you here, but it is no surprise for a loyalist drone. Creative thought is a step aside from simply copying "what everyone else does."
One doesn't create a masterpiece in art or military planning simply by following the callow herd. One doesn't find a secret truth by mimicking the sound of idiot crowds. One doesn't write a legend on the tapestry of stars by making one's life a study in conformity and banal mediocrity.
Battle report logs will not show the battles won with superior logistical flexibility granted by rapid portal transit. Battle report logs will not show the tides of engagement turned with superior command and control function and each Fraction vessel enhanced to a stronger individual capability as a result. Nor of course to battle report logs demonstrate the degree to which this vessel becomes a specter of disquiet in your poor existence a question about your own failings that you were not able to bring such a ship to the service of the State you claim to love with all your heart.
But the reality of love (as the reality of war) is something a programmed drone cannot understand. Love needs creativity, it needs sacrifice, it needs a sense of wonder. And love like war cannot flourish behind the absolute controls of conventional deployment.
Every other Titan in New Eden might well be used behind the security of Cyno-Jammed systems when there is no chance of enemy capital intervention and minimal chance of loss. That may well be the status quo but I tell you Sir Drone - the status quo means nothing to me, means nothing to any bright free captain of the Star Fraction movement and means nothing to anyone with the wit to think, the courage to dream, and the passion to desire a better world to come.
I laugh at your statistics. I scorn your sense of realism. I pity the mental chains that bind you the solemn servitude of mute surrender to the unimpressive norm.
Quote: ... You will need more than honey lips and a cross of legs to get my apology. Remember, we are not all corrupted press who can sell a lie for a dime nowadays.
Ah alas, you are no gentleman then Sir Drone, and no fitting object for discussion or debate while the scales are fixed to you eyes and mind so unused to free discourse or flights of hope of fancy.
Another man once placed a bounty on me that was more impressive than the one you've placed on this ship. His name was Ragnar of TTI and I think in his way he was a far truer servant of the state than you are. While the ideologies and concepts he expressed were often corrupted by his failings as a man, he was at least a man, and for good or ill tried to think outside of this prison cell you've locked yourself inside. If you are capable of research I'd suggest you do some in this respect and learn your history a little - one cannot hope to serve (or destroy) a State without knowing a little of the dynamics of past confrontation.
As to the 5billion bounty. I suggest you contact a broker like Cribba and have him hold the sum as surety and then he can verify you actually have committed the isk you claim you have in this matter. Hunting a Titan is no mean feat and I'd hate to think of the many pilots it will take striving urgently for the final blows only to be disappointed on the payout. So in order to take your bounty seriously I'd need to see a record from Cribba (or another generally respected middleman) I'm sure you can understand why.
Until then think on my words. If you are able.

You are no different of a programmed drone in this matter either Constantine. If you were any different, I doubt that I would exist at first place with the current mind set to which I was programmed to have.
Love is an understanding that you don't possess. You have described yourself as a cold conglomerated of cyber implants and machines. You are no better qualified than me to speak about love.

Edited by: Victoria Ehr on 21/09/2008 17:04:00 This is so absurd it is laughable.
Who is paying the media to publish this nonsense about anarchist Titans?
About a month ago, you had members of the media in Caldari Militia stating how "The caldari militia is in chaos" which was completely untrue, was he paid by Jade Constantine to say this filth?
Now, The Caldari Militia has clearly been walking all over the Gallente militia for two weeks running. Has chased away most of the strong pod corporations that supported the Gallente, yet instead of the media acknowledging such a feat what does it do? It helps anarchists boast about a ship and taunt the Caldari.
The Titan of a question in this ongoing story is how much did anarchists pay the corrupt media to publish this crap? Why is this Black Plan Titan any more news worthy than any other Titan?
Why has every bit of news the past two months about Caldari Militia and Tibus Heth been negative while you have known terrorists getting "positive" "boastful" outlets?
Two weeks ago i exhausted efforts to find someone from the media to help cover a Prisoner Exchange between Caldari and Gallente Militia. It was to be a sign of hope and peace. Do you think the media would respond? No, they didn't, not one evemail back. They simply don't care about peace, or the Gallente, or the Caldari.
The Media is obviously being paid off by anarchists!
How can any news be trusted these days when it is tainted with terrorist influence? Is the media a part of this Black Plan?
Seems to me, a shiny new Titan is not the only thing the Caldari and her allies will be putting in it's crosshairs this season.
My message to the corrupt media and terrorists, Shape up or you might be Tibus Heths next target. -------------------------------------------- Glory to the State and Tibus Heth.

Yes, of course it is. The Star Fraction obviously paid the media to tell us about the independent report on Heth's reforms. They paid the media to cover the results of said report, who seemed to me at least, to be mostly positive. Of course they also had a hand in the reports that many Minmatar in the Federation have mixed views on the ascension of Sanmatar Shakor, or the views that many people in the Federation have on the report made on heth's reforms?
Really, you have lost all grip on reality, Delusional one. You make an idiot of yourself in public as often as you can, you set a very bad example for all the noble men and women that fight for their State, their rights, ideals, and to follow their orders. Personally speaking I have a great deal of respect for the soldiers of the State that fights for their nation every day, they are truly worthy opponents for the Federation's own soldiers, who also fight for their own rights, views, freedoms and because they too, are indeed following orders.
I generally don't want the Caldari dead, I just wish they would go away and leave us alone in peace. You however, fool, I really wish you would die and be silent, for once.
As for the Star Fraction and their new titan, congratulations, you now have a very impressive logistical tool at your disposal, one that might serve you well if used right. Take it from one who had the honor of working with the very first of it's kind, a long time ago.

This is sort of interesting though. Star Fraction might as well have called their Titan 'The Black Hole' to better signify the apparently irresistible influence this thing exerts even through its massive absence. It seems to me that all of these purely tactical critiques miss the point. Strategically, it's a string for unwary puppets to dance on. Watch the funny Goons capering. |

This thread has my seal of approval!
"properly fitted" is what Jade said, and she means it. Do any of you philistines know how hard it is to find soft furnishings and curtains to properly match the paintwork on an Erebus? Even Jita was no good for that! I still can't find the right napkin rings for the Captain's table...
And Doomsday Devices are so passT! We really do have to come up with a new and unexpected way to use a Titan, no?

If anyone is to find new and novel uses for a Titan, it will be Star Fraction. Congratulations on the launch of the Black Plan, may it roam the dark skies of Black Rise for a long time to come.

And regarding the bounty, don't worry. I know exactly why you resort to such argument here as I know exactly why you even resort about the subject of love.
Considering these both aspects, I'll grant you your winning price. The bounty is called off and my interactions with you as much. I have no need to come here and watch you washing your personal issues at IGS as a veiled attempt to make a point.

Edited by: Scots Crusader on 23/09/2008 16:21:22 His head slowly shakes from side to side as he reads through the stored up GALNET transmissions. "Sad really," he thinks to himself, "That so called experts in PVP would be so one dimensional and predictable!"
His head lifts as he finally gets through all the comments and takes a sip of the cheap gut rot his gunnery officer had provided him with for the meeting. He slowly looks round the table at his fellow free Captains and his gaze catches the eye of Jade. The glint in her eyes was almost hypnotic as she continued rolling out the forthcoming plans.
"You are going to enjoy this Scots!" she said in her usual soft controlled tone.
"Aye," he smiles, "We will give them predictable-NOT!!" -----------------------------------------------

You're infatuation with the doomsday device seem to cloud you're judgment. Its not the "be all, end all" module, and its definetly not the only module that can be fitted to, and make a titan work. Al'
So now on top of saying that a Titan Properly fitted doesn't comprise a Titan fitted with it's main offensive weapon, you are also saying that " A Titan properly fitted by Star Fraction standards means " make a titan work with whatever fits" .
No wonder why the need to manipulate news with so many ... enlighted declarations.

I dont think YOU have any right whatsoever to be giving Ms Constantine advice on fitting ships...... Infact, after carefully filtering through the battle reports of your own and your corp mates ship losses and the fits of those said ships...
You couldn't fit your backside into a mile wide chair, let alone a ship correctly.
Let me see........ Its not the half passive, half active, capacitor control circuit rigged drake class ships that had me in awe....
It was the half passive, half active, half plated, warp core stabbed drakes that yourself and your corp mates fly that really made my eyes bleed...
Go back to spreading propaganda over the comms channels and propping up your ever inflating ego with the attention you crave so often........ Leave the ship fitting to the people that actually have more than 1/4 of an idea of what they are doing...
All you caldari militia people out there following this idiot, do so at your own risk of looking like a fool and failing miserably.
