Well first of you are wrong plan and simple plenty of people have been jailed for inciting hate crimes, including inciting others to cause harm. Plenty of Political figures have also lost their jobs and faced criminal proceeding over similar gaffes.

The loud and manic manner is which he proclaimed "Find HIM" is a clear direction to cause harm. Lets be clear no one has taken office as the presentation itself mocking this person, the offense is of the declaration to cause this person harm. Which is quite illegal in many many countries including the US and Iceland.
