My name is Hawkcrest and I am the Leader of the Black Aces (aka the 81st Division) Many of you know me from the last Bond issue that we did last yesr, this time we are seeking to purchase a Jump freighter and are interested in subsidising this purchase to your benefit. I belive I established my reputation on my last bond issue and hope that all of you consider my team and I a worthy investment this time around. Im looking over my math and reconsidering the way Im going to work this bond. Last time I paid 10% monthly on the Bond with 15% penalty even though I only promised 5%, and Paid a Baloon principal at the end of the 10 months. I am discussing doing it the same way we did the last one since we seem to have so many Objections to the current offer, but Ricdic is explaining to me how his Ebank Loans work so Im debating atm. I want to make this Lucrative for all of you and at the same time save Isk for my corp so I will edit the offer in a few minuets.

No Shar, I was speaking to Ricdic concenring the issuance and he lent me a hand, I asked him about the ebank loans and I may take him up on somthing some other time, but I committed to this, I have fixed the issuance, and it will operate exactly as the last Bond issuance did, 10% Monthly with the Principal due at the end of the Bond for a 100% ROI.

If he is willing to contribute Partial then I would agree to that. However since he overbid knowing others have bid prior to him then I have to assume that he may not be willing to invest without the entire bid going to him. that being said I accept Treelox's bid until he states otherwise.

All confirmed investors transfer isk to Black Aces Holdings. Shares will be issued in game tomorrow as soon as the vote is processed. Dividends will be issued on the 1st of each month, if for any reason a dividend is not issued a 5% penalty will be assesed for that months payment. Honestly, I prefer to deal with people who have a track record and was simply asking for some sort of verification concerning his bid. Although I understand you are trustworthy as it has been echoed I dont consider a bid valid until it has been transfered.
Given so much interest in this current Bond issue, I am discussing the option of another Bond issue that may run simultaneous to this one. One of my members wishes to get his own Jump freighter, and I may consider aiding him but backing the purchase through the corp if he is willing to offer up some assets (isk or hard assets) to help secure the bond issue....if anyone thinks they might be interested in me issuing this second bond issue under almost the same terms as the last echo it here and I will take it into consideration and discussion with my members.

Flakeys as with Shar Tegral, this is not an IPO its a Bond issue so I retain full control of who I accept or dont accept isk from, as well as institute my own rules as it pertains to the way I do business. Suffice to say my track record speaks for itself...if you invest you will get back your investment in spades. O appreciate that you felt slighted and If you choose not to deal with me in the future thats acceptable as there are many other who will and they will profit greatly. Hopefully next time I issue a Bond for a project you will not simply reserve your shares via a forum post you will jump on the investment asap as that is how I do business...it will always be first come first serve with me(this means a transfer of isk will receive shares as soon as they are available) Not the promise to transfer isk, though I understand after the fact that you are good for it, I personally have never met, nor heard for you and for that I truely appologize. I am still seeking those interested in the potential of a second Bond issue to run congruently with the first to finance a second Jump frieghter. This is only to gauge intrest not to garuntee that I will issue a potential second bond? So far I see that I could Potentially sell 1000 of 4500 shares were I to create this second Bond issue...anyone else potentially interested?

Thank you Treelox for reporting on our behalf, the first Dividend of 450,000,000 was issued before downtime between the 1st and 2nd of the month of October. I will rely on our shareholders to report when they receive thier dividends as IMHO is Much more an honor having your investors speak on your behalf then tooting your own horn. This is the same practice we excercised in our last bond issue where Shar Tegral so beautifully complimented my men on thier dedication to team and our commitment. Thank you for helping our team and please watch for future Bond issues.

I have decided against Issuing a Congruent Bond at this time, in the intrests of not over extended my men. I have been considering paying down the Principal early while maintaining the 450,000,000 dividend Monthly until the entire principal is paid off. Would any Investors have Objections to me doing this? Just interested in knowning the minds of the current investors?

Okay,
The decision has been made, we will be paying this investment early in order to eliminate the monthly overhead, so that we may proceede to establish small bond issues backed by the Black Aces Corp to aid members of our corporation in purchasing thier respective capital ships. Obviously the cost of capital ships being much less then the cost of a Jump Freighter the Bond issues will be small and may run congruently, potentially 2 at a time, possibly 3. I will issue a final Months Dividend for November and The entire Principal Amount bringing the Bonds to a 20% profit over initial investment.
