My name is Hawkcrest and I am the Leader of the Black Aces (aka the 81st Division) Many of you know me from the last Bond issue that we did last yesr, this time we are seeking to purchase a Jump freighter and are interested in subsidising this purchase to your benefit. I spoke with Hawkcrest before his first bond. Him and his crew seemed like a nice bunch of guys who were goal oriented. While I am not 100% sure, since I didnt buy into that first bond, I do believe it was paid back without any drama.
That said, 10% per annum, is a bit lower than interest me. I'll leave this for the lemmings that will flock here later.

I will confirm that I held shares in the 81st Division previously and received all dividends and all of the principle when it was shut down. Put me down for 1 billion isk worth of shares.

I could see how an annual rate would be a put off but I'm under the impression that it is 10% monthly. (I could be wrong, I will still buy in though.)

Well the total interist is 450 million for a 1 year loan so I assumed it was 10 percent/year also.

[justify]I can see where it is misleading. Where the OP is pointing out the yearly gain he says 10%. But what he is showing is that 1 share, that costs 1m isk, will generate over 1m isk (at the roughly 10% per month rate) in 12 months.
So the 12 month gain, if it runs for that long, will be just over 100% but not 120%. (120% would be if it was a perfect 10% per month, it is not.)

I'm on the guess here.One side gives the impression it indeed is a 10% on the whole year the other side indicates a 10% per month.Please clarify , if it is 10% per month so 450mille over a 4.5Bille loan PER MONTH i will be happy to invest the full amount otherwise indeed it is not worth the investment for me.

412,500,000 * 12 = 4,950,000,000
OP ask for 4,500,000,000, which 10% of is 450,000,000. If you add the two together you get 4,950,000,000. The same number the op gives in the above quote, if you do the math. 10% per annum, it seems.
Now if it was 10% a month, his first months intrest payment alone would be 450,000,000 that he would have to send to the above mentioned holding corp. This 450m would not be including any ammount towards the principle he might wish to pay off.

Math is simpler here. Though they are listing a rounded up interest rate what we can see here is that 91,667 "monthly" of 1,000,000 is 9.16% monthly. 1,100,004 over 12 months for a 1,000,000 isk share is not 10% annually. No matter how you may slice it. Of course I'm a bit surprised the op hasn't clarified the matter as he's had time to compliment Ric on tearing up the other recent JF ipo.

Im looking over my math and reconsidering the way Im going to work this bond. Last time I paid 10% monthly on the Bond with 15% penalty even though I only promised 5%, and Paid a Baloon principal at the end of the 10 months. I am discussing doing it the same way we did the last one since we seem to have so many Objections to the current offer, but Ricdic is explaining to me how his Ebank Loans work so Im debating atm. I want to make this Lucrative for all of you and at the same time save Isk for my corp so I will edit the offer in a few minuets.

No Shar, I was speaking to Ricdic concenring the issuance and he lent me a hand, I asked him about the ebank loans and I may take him up on somthing some other time, but I committed to this, I have fixed the issuance, and it will operate exactly as the last Bond issuance did, 10% Monthly with the Principal due at the end of the Bond for a 100% ROI.

Hawkblade actually contacted me (not the other way around) asking about the IPO itself and my thoughts on it. He then brought up EBANK and asked about how our loans work regarding collateral and the likes so I simply answered his questions. I didn't actually offer him a loan at all. |

And I would've just left it at 10% per month with perhaps principle payments made at certain intervals. All things considered: there are many more ways to float a loan then there used to be. Public is still one of the better ones if you have reputation. And with one successfully completed bond/loan in your past you have enough reputation for 4.5bn imho.

If he is willing to contribute Partial then I would agree to that. However since he overbid knowing others have bid prior to him then I have to assume that he may not be willing to invest without the entire bid going to him. that being said I accept Treelox's bid until he states otherwise.
