I'm on the guess here.One side gives the impression it indeed is a 10% on the whole year the other side indicates a 10% per month.Please clarify , if it is 10% per month so 450mille over a 4.5Bille loan PER MONTH i will be happy to invest the full amount otherwise indeed it is not worth the investment for me.

If the montlhy return is the 10% or close then i stay with my offer of the full 4.5B.Will not have time to reply in the next hours so please keep my offer as valid .

Allthough i bid 4.5bille and had one bid before me i meant that if that person did not go through id also take his part.Hence why i also stated see this as a VALID bid , meaning i would definatly pay up.
I only have a few hours behind the comp a day unlike the people you know by name maybe.Treelox initial reply was : "That said, 10% per annum, is a bit lower than interest me. I'll leave this for the lemmings that will flock here later".I would swear that when i did my bidding he had not done a bid but ONLY this as a reply and changed it later on , also the edit times back me up there.You still took in orders after that instead of saying: ok this flakeys dude will prob take the rest those wishing to get on a reservelist for when he backs out please reply.
Sorry , but i really dislike the way you did it here.The fact you don't know me means jack tbh.I am the investor and allthough i do not know you trust you with a lot of isk.. then because you have more offers you turn me down because you don't know me??Odd don't you think?
And on a sidenote allthough i hardly ever post here i have been in 8 IPO offers this year of wich the input was between 500 and 3 bille.So allthough i am not a big time player like shar or others i'd say i am a regular in the investments.Again because of a shortage of gametime the IPO's mostly are filled up when i check the MD forums by the regular people who are online more frequently.
You probably could care less about this as most that have taken a slice now and nothing i can do but post this rant.

I can vouch for flakey's ability to make reservations in an operation and follow through with sending isk for his reserved shares. He's invested in two of my operations so far and each time he has been as trust-worthy as an investor can be . Not sure why it would matter that you don't know him as he is the one with the isk and not the other way around, unless you're Shar.

I'll reject the offer though if you don't mind because:
A:You allready did that once if i remember right about half a year ago when you where auditing an IPO and also had a small 500 mille share in that.I was in just too late and replied it was a shame and you where so nice to let me take the shares since you felt it was not right because you also did the auditing wich was a verry friendly gesture.
I allways think of this when i see you tear down an ipo and i allmost feel sorry for the OP who presents it .It was for isk ho's IPO if i am correct.
