Seriously, though, isk should be sent now or later? To the corp or the character? Will you be using ingame shares to do the distrubution or out of game?

All isk should be transfered to Black Aces Holdings, Shares will be distributed ingame tomorrow after the vote completes, first payment will be issued October 1st

Just a note to say I bought a previous bond of Hawkcrests and he did pay out in full. (If not always exactly on time a pretty good record.)

I'm interested too. For at least 500M ISK worth of shares. Possibly more, although given how high your interest is, it would be unfair of me to reserve, say, 1500M ISK and then pull out of 1G later on.
So can I just reserve 500M ISK?
And when must you have the ISK?
edit: Looks like I'm too late. If there are anyone missing their payments, I'll still be interested in "taking over" 500M worth of stock.

Allthough i bid 4.5bille and had one bid before me i meant that if that person did not go through id also take his part.Hence why i also stated see this as a VALID bid , meaning i would definatly pay up.
I only have a few hours behind the comp a day unlike the people you know by name maybe.Treelox initial reply was : "That said, 10% per annum, is a bit lower than interest me. I'll leave this for the lemmings that will flock here later".I would swear that when i did my bidding he had not done a bid but ONLY this as a reply and changed it later on , also the edit times back me up there.You still took in orders after that instead of saying: ok this flakeys dude will prob take the rest those wishing to get on a reservelist for when he backs out please reply.
Sorry , but i really dislike the way you did it here.The fact you don't know me means jack tbh.I am the investor and allthough i do not know you trust you with a lot of isk.. then because you have more offers you turn me down because you don't know me??Odd don't you think?
And on a sidenote allthough i hardly ever post here i have been in 8 IPO offers this year of wich the input was between 500 and 3 bille.So allthough i am not a big time player like shar or others i'd say i am a regular in the investments.Again because of a shortage of gametime the IPO's mostly are filled up when i check the MD forums by the regular people who are online more frequently.
You probably could care less about this as most that have taken a slice now and nothing i can do but post this rant.

I can vouch for flakey's ability to make reservations in an operation and follow through with sending isk for his reserved shares. He's invested in two of my operations so far and each time he has been as trust-worthy as an investor can be . Not sure why it would matter that you don't know him as he is the one with the isk and not the other way around, unless you're Shar.

Honestly, I prefer to deal with people who have a track record and was simply asking for some sort of verification concerning his bid. Although I understand you are trustworthy as it has been echoed I dont consider a bid valid until it has been transfered.
Given so much interest in this current Bond issue, I am discussing the option of another Bond issue that may run simultaneous to this one. One of my members wishes to get his own Jump freighter, and I may consider aiding him but backing the purchase through the corp if he is willing to offer up some assets (isk or hard assets) to help secure the bond issue....if anyone thinks they might be interested in me issuing this second bond issue under almost the same terms as the last echo it here and I will take it into consideration and discussion with my members.

A:You allready did that once if i remember right about half a year ago when you where auditing an IPO and also had a small 500 mille share in that.I was in just too late and replied it was a shame and you where so nice to let me take the shares since you felt it was not right because you also did the auditing wich was a verry friendly gesture.
I allways think of this when i see you tear down an ipo and i allmost feel sorry for the OP who presents it .It was for isk ho's IPO if i am correct.

Flakeys as with Shar Tegral, this is not an IPO its a Bond issue so I retain full control of who I accept or dont accept isk from, as well as institute my own rules as it pertains to the way I do business. Suffice to say my track record speaks for itself...if you invest you will get back your investment in spades. O appreciate that you felt slighted and If you choose not to deal with me in the future thats acceptable as there are many other who will and they will profit greatly. Hopefully next time I issue a Bond for a project you will not simply reserve your shares via a forum post you will jump on the investment asap as that is how I do business...it will always be first come first serve with me(this means a transfer of isk will receive shares as soon as they are available) Not the promise to transfer isk, though I understand after the fact that you are good for it, I personally have never met, nor heard for you and for that I truely appologize. I am still seeking those interested in the potential of a second Bond issue to run congruently with the first to finance a second Jump frieghter. This is only to gauge intrest not to garuntee that I will issue a potential second bond? So far I see that I could Potentially sell 1000 of 4500 shares were I to create this second Bond issue...anyone else potentially interested?

I have to sympathise with Flakeys on this Hawk. If you only want to have investors you previously know them perhaps you should have contacted them directly rather than make this a public offering.
You appear to have arbitrarily added addition conditions regarding payment speed after bids were solicited, made and in some cases accepted. Whilst that is your prerogative IÆd suggest for future offerings you make your desire for immediate payment clear up front rather than after you have ære-soldÆ apparently valid bids to others without giving the bidder reasonable opportunity so pay up.

Thank you Treelox for reporting on our behalf, the first Dividend of 450,000,000 was issued before downtime between the 1st and 2nd of the month of October. I will rely on our shareholders to report when they receive thier dividends as IMHO is Much more an honor having your investors speak on your behalf then tooting your own horn. This is the same practice we excercised in our last bond issue where Shar Tegral so beautifully complimented my men on thier dedication to team and our commitment. I have decided against Issuing a Congruent Bond at this time, in the intrests of not over extended my men. I have been considering paying down the Principal early while maintaining the 450,000,000 dividend Monthly until the entire principal is paid off. Would any Investors have Objections to me doing this? Just interested in knowning the minds of the current investors?

Okay,
The decision has been made, we will be paying this investment early in order to eliminate the monthly overhead, so that we may proceede to establish small bond issues backed by the Black Aces Corp to aid members of our corporation in purchasing thier respective capital ships. Obviously the cost of capital ships being much less then the cost of a Jump Freighter the Bond issues will be small and may run congruently, potentially 2 at a time, possibly 3. I will issue a final Months Dividend for November and The entire Principal Amount bringing the Bonds to a 20% profit over initial investment.
