PCP fits the bill, i remember stories of that stuff being in use and police being unable to take out users with non lethal gunshots, they just kept on coming. How true they are i dont know.

As to the body being strong because these girls survived is not the "truest" statement. The reason that the first survived and the second could get up an run is probably that they were under the influence of a substance, thus when they contacted the vehicles they were much less likely to tense up.
Bodies that survive terminal velocity falls are do so, not becuase they are strong, but because the individual was passed out or somehow able to reach a zen like state of relaxation, so as the forces are dispersed throughout the body more effectively.

What's even more messed up, are the cameras monitoring what's going on in the midle of nowhere.
I heard there's millions of those cameras all over the place; how many people are actually employed to watch all of them? |

Uhh, have you noticed how it's a high-quality camera for the most part, at eye-level, moving around? You know, like a regular TV camera? 
We have cameras on the motorways here to see just what the hell is going on if there's an accident, I can't see anything wrong with that. It's much more efficient to know what's happened at an accident or indeed if there is one at all so traffic control and the emergency services have an idea of what is best to do in the situation.
And in all honesty, as long as it doesn't invade my privacy, i.e. look directly into my house, then I really don't care if people want to put cameras up left right and centre.
Only cameras I object to are speed cameras

That may be so, but look how much more information and EVIDENCE can be found on so many more incidents.

it takes a huge ****up of the brain to mess up a base primal survival instinct of self-preservation, and considering they were coherent enough to talk to one of the cops before the second hit involving the big truck, I'm betting its not really drugs.
Something more ****ed up than drugs is probably at play. Think about it, if someone's so high as to willingly run into oncoming traffic and get run over, do you actually think they'd be coherent enough to talk to police, let alone stand straight?

Just wow... Really have to feel sorry for that truck driver. Tbh I don't really care about those two girls unless they had a medical/mental condition, if they were high or something similar it was their own doing.
Luckily no one got killed because then the personal tragedies would have been far worse.

Apparently one of the sisters had committed a knife murder and she wanted to kill herself, after leaving the hospital from the first suicide attempt that this was she threw herself at a car again but survived that too, thatĘs what the Swedish newspaper says anyways |

Yeah, that's what those people really needed, being hit by two cars then actually killed off by the police on camera, There's a reason why no one in America really trusts their own police to keep them safe.

If someone did what they did in the States, if the officers followed protocol, they would have had those girls sitting on the grass legs crossed, and potentially handcuffed considering the suicide risk at least one of these girls presented. Now if the cops had not followed protocol, which many do, and the girls started to run, the same thing would have probably happened.

Same thing crossed my mind. Remembering back a few years that the US police were using shark nets to catch people high on that stuff. Tasers, pepper spray and such just didn't work at all, even with broken arms and legs, they were fighting with inhuman strength.

Well to me the fact that they are twins could have something to do with it. There are uncanny bonds between twins especially maternal twins. Or the same awfull thing, that drove the 1st sister to commit suicide, happened to both of them

So after murdering someone, she wanted to throw herself at a car and potentially life threatening not only the driver but also other people in traffic?
I think she's just attention seeking. 
Seriously tho, totally messed up. I used to work in delivery business, had a workmate that killed an idiot jumping in front of his car, ironicly.. we're swedes. Either way, my workmate got really messed up because of this and eventually the stress from the trauma led him to early retirement. I hope he didn't see that newsfeed, would probably mess his head up pretty bad.
