The char can fly and use falcon and rapier. It can also serve as a good starter for capital ships.
Char has +5 implants and nice atributes as seen in link with skills. It`s a very fast learner.

2.7 bil is a BO offer not a bid, either accept or reject.
You stated 'NO IN-GAME BIDS/OFFERS (please).'
Which I assume means no eve mails or convo offers.
This in my understanding does not mean you will not listen to web site offers. If the BO is 5 bil with no negotiation then please stipulate. Oh and I will not be bidding anywhere near 5bil for a 10mil sp char

Since i said "or offers" i believe most people understood that offers are a "no no spot". It`s your choice if you want the buyout offer you made, a bid or just an offer. If you want to keep it a bid then.. cool. If you want to keep it an offer then... NO !
Oh and you are no the only person interested in this char, even if it`s a 10 mil SP.
That being said, current bid is at 1.9 bil (i guess)

The sniper rule means 10 mins from the last bid.
I meant the fact that you said the auction finished at 2100 hrs yet the bid from Taylor was at 2100.
Surely his bid would have needed to be at 2059 to be legal and therefore enforce the sniper rule ?
