Trade

Jita is the heart of Eve's trade, the single market, in which speculators, marketers, Eve-bankers and traders go about their everyday business to make 'honest' Isk.

To burn Jita does not just mean to blow everything up, but it is also means to keep it under blockade.

Now imagine, the hub of trade, shut down for a few days because some pesky tanks decide to block the doors.

The implications, while small at first, will begin to hit people hard.

Now two things will possibly happen:

1) People will form a new trade hub, a new home. This I would approve of. It would mean that people will stop relying on Jita for 'everything' and will promote competition between the two trade hubs. If more trade hubs are made, then the better. It gives us, the consumers, choice.

2) People will just not go there and no trade hub is formed. Well, then the Eve market burns, simple.

Personally, if outcome 1 occurs, I approve.
