Do NOT mess with my Thanatos. It's easily the second sexiest ship in the game, and even then it is second only to the NYX. I have to admit that the new skin isn't as cool as the old one, but a higher-res version of the old skin on premium would look sick.

What, you have a carrier fetish or something? The normal idea of 'good-looking' ships does not go together with the concept of 'huge, mottled green and complexly and strangely shaped'.

i agree w/ the one comment about the stil/claw , look like some kinda ****'d up dragonfly (there are angel frigs that are SO much cooler that we cant get as pilots)
yeah, new domi is teh ghey
but they can keep their stupid looking hulls if they open up some of these other ships to us! give us more hulls. concord hulls, npc hulls, why hold back? its only going to make us love you more ccp

They're wrong.
All Caldari ships are designed after models of ships from the other races ... after they drop them on the floor and glue them back together again in the dark.

Oh, and the absolute hands-down winner of the ugliest space ship I've seen ever - and that includes Blakes 7 - is the Typhoon.
My word, what a horrorshow that is. Blackpool illuminations in space. The Tempest still looks like an MFI flatpack, but has a certain 'beauty' about it. But that Typhoon abomination? Negative, get rid.

You're being too harsh on the Typhoon. It only needs to lose that huge asymmetric engine sticking on the side and it's a beautiful ship, as far as Minmatar go. Besides, after you realize it's the Minmatar good and usable BS, the look starts to grow on you.

1) Hyperion
 Needs the engines to be brought closer to the ship and remodeled to something more engine like, like a tube, keep them extended from the middle, but make them semi-realistic.
2) Imicus
Terrible, it doesn't even have the Dominix's charm of looking like its job, it looks like someone went to a MINMATAR scrap yard, and pieced together random crap.
3) Exequror
Generally a whole new concept, it's unappealing in so many ways.
4) Obelisk
More than the actual model, the thing that doesn't work about this ship is the fact gallente ships are generally sleek, look at the megathron model, thorax, incursus. Also, it doesn't stay anywhere near as in-line with the rest of the gallente hauler ships. Think about an itty V, it's a bloody long thing, no gallente ship has a wall as a face (Save our whale, the dominix, and our the dronelord: Moros).
Minmatar
1) Typhoon
Trashcan tilted on the side and thrown into space, some poor sods decided to turn it into a ship.
2) Rupture
An inverted pyramid is not a great idea for a ship =/
3) Burst
It's sort of in line with Minmatar solar-sails but...it's so badly put together it's lucky it's able to pass QC, let alone fly.
Amarr
1) Augoror
It looks like it's a heavily plated ship, designed to take a beating...but that's the maller's role...maybe swap models? It doesn't look like a ship that matches its purpose.
Caldari
1) Bantam
Please? Anything, any change is an advance forward.
2) Scorpion
Nothing serious, just give it a second wing.

Raven - Take the larger wing, flip it, and use the resulting model to replace the smaller one. The Raven needs to learn to use BOTH hands when its stroking...
Megathron - Just plain ugly ship. The turrets are all over the place when it looks like it has specific turret points. (Think the Geddon) From the side the ship just has a terrible profile.
Mining Bardges - Less boxey please. Its funny that I love the way the old Hulk/Mackinaw looks because of the paint jobs, but the old Retriver/Covey look terrible. I happen to like the new Retriver/Covey models though. Call me crazy
Every Caldari cruiser/T2 NOT based on the Caracal model. The devs were drunk when they came up with these.
Omen/Zealot - stream line this thing please... It almost looks like a baby Geddon, but with birth defects.
Crow/Condor/Raptor - Looks like it crashed into the side of something, please give us straight "wings" or make them both dip down.
Mini Freighters - When I first saw one it reminded me of the Jawa Sand Crawler. I know they are the trash heaps of Eve... why not give it a vertical redesign?

But seriously, as I fly Minmatar, the Stabber hull is ugly, and the Slasher looks like hell. Naglfar, I think, looks pretty cool though. Like a giant sword, almost.

Devoter. Maller w/ white paint ewwww. maller is bad enough model as it is (though ill admit it fits the flying tough brick ship pretty well) a different model for it is needed.
Might actually get some people flying the thing (looks at the broadsword's and onyx's spectacular tanking ability and cap stability), ok maybe not : / |
