Since it only increases Sensor strength, I had thought no. Have been told otherwise, anyone know? |

higher your scanner strength, harder it is to find someone.
So yes ECCM does make it harder to find someone. |

No, ECCM is completely useless, don't use it.

Just to be clear. It will decrease the likely hood that you will be found on any single scan, but does nothing to prevent them from scanning again until they find you. So it may slow them down, but will not stop them completely. |

EECM does almost nothing, it's a waste of a slot.
