23 here
I looked up and down the post here but I couldn't find most of the people who make ridiculous posts elsewhere on the board. Coincidentally the age of most of those who posted here makes me curious to find out just how old they are.
Oh and btw it's the first time I have seen this post so it's a new post to me. :)

Sometimes to win, you have to fight just as mean and dirty as the other guy. Nobody will beat you challenging you to the field of honor for pistols at dawn. They have to slit your throat while you lay in bed, just like you'd do them. - Jash Illian |

I'm NOT, so i'll just call you a jack.... rabbit.
Oh yeah, and I'm 30. First computer was a Commodore Pet-16 with a tape drive (Wizard's Castle! Harbinger of many a college lab day wasted on nethack*, lemmetellya...) Clearly remember the vic 20, c-64 and whatnot coming out, and can describe the room i first saw the 1541 in... this mysterious "disk drive" that let you access the information OUT OF ORDER!
eheh.

Thumbing through this thread, no-one from M00 revealing their age? doesn't surprise me. Cattle live to be quite an age i guess, but not as long as elephants.

My first computer was a Vic-20. I remember "upgrading" to the Coleco ADAM which was basically a glorified colecovision console with a cassette tape drive which I only had one game for (Buck Rodgers and the planet of ZOOM or something like that). I remember waiting after every level while the cassette tape cycled back and forth loading the next one.... and somehow I was ok with that.
Oh and Indesin,
Whats worse, me replying to an old post that I just saw for the first time, or you replying afterwards to flame me for doing so ? Since its grown like 2 pages since I posted, obviously im not the only one interested in the topic. Geez I thought you were quitting, will you please leave already ?
