Roughly 6 months ago a deal was struck between Morsus Mihi and what then was Rectum alliance. This was a deal between friends and based on years of trust and mutual reputation for being true to their word. Majority of the risk involved in this venture was on behalf of Rectum (Tri mk 1 corps). But again it was considered a safe bet because the parties involved had a reputation for being always true to their word, and make a living on delivering what is agreed up on.
The terms were straight forward, and they were as follows.
Morsus Mihi towers are not shot during the term of the deal
Morsus Mihi space is not threatened or taken during the term of the deal
In return 45 billion worth of build components were handed over to Morsus Mihi by then Requim(Rectum) alliance, which would eventually result in shape of a titan. Nothing fancy no clauses, no other terms.
Fast forward to about 2 months ago when the said titan is almost finished building we start hearing rumors that MM is contemplating not holding up their end of the deal to what extent we donĘt know.
Talks begin between several parties involved and its true MM is not going to deliver the titan, and considering keeping the isk as well. This coming from people like Koth Fluff and Oree, for those that donĘt know are the leaders of Morsus Mihi and NC for the most part. They decided that the original deal was not upheld because the new Tri had attacked Hydra and began taking its space, even though they were fully aware that MM and Hydra space are two separate pieces of real estate.
There was much more drama and deceit involved on behalf of Morsus Mihi, but in the end they decided to be stand up people and give Tri its 45 billion back after 6 months of holding moons which make them roughly 60+ billion a month, and they got to build a titan on TriĘs money and profit 40 billion from it. After words they had the nerve to ask if the deal was settled and how we can move forward from this and consider them trustworthy again.
Many of you may hate us or our smack, you may hate us for killing you, you may even hate us for taking your space. But I can assure you that none of you will hate us for being liars and thieves which is what Morsus Mihi has proven them selves to be.
Anyone that thinks Morsus Mihi or anyone involved with them are good people, just remember they are only good if it suits them.

yep they kept on delaying, one excuse was that the tower went offline and the titan would take a extra 8 weeks to build
a other is that we broke terms, which we never made
then they said there wasnt a buyer and peeps keeps pulling out
(this is trying to get our money back)
mm had no intention to give us titan.
if they had'nt gone back on the deal
