Hypothetical situation:
Account A is training Amarr Cruiser V, and the account is inactive and unsubbed.
Account B is training Amarr Cruiser V, and the account is active and subbed.
How, exactly, it Account B putting in more "time and energy" than Account A? Oh that's right, it's because "time and energy" is a pretty transparent euphemism for "Money". Well done CCP, well done.

Or they could just keep it how it is: pay $20, train skills, set long one, let account lapse, pay $15 dollars to change skill, train skills, set long skill, let account lapse, etc. Ghost training is not, nor has it ever been free.
