I canceled my subscription. Do we have any numbers on how many other people did this too? Apparently there was an "avalanche" of unsubscriptions that caused the accounts portion of the website to crash. Wow D: The blog edition of the ghost training thread now has over 70 pages of people calling CCP's bluffs. Lies. Thinly veiled bullshit, whatever you want to (and should) call it. Waiting for my thread to be locked. All that aside I really enjoyed this game and never had more than my one main account, but I think this lying about how this was a bug AND past indirections involving CCP developers and how they interact in the game AND the GTC issues caused by their crack-team of economists AND their general flippant or dismissive attitude that underlies every carefully worded response to players outrage deserves far more subscriptions cancelled. I hope your world of darkness MMO works better for you guys ^^b

I'd be the first person to say that the messaging could have been handled better; after all I wrote a two-post-length topic about it a few doors down. However, there is a balance between expressing disappointment or anger, and going nuts and threatening to/actually cancelling accounts. It's of course your prerogative, but as Sherrif says, just do it and vote with your feet if you feel that strongly. It won't do your blood pressure any good to vent on the forums. I for one expressed disappointment but am still here to see how it turns out (that and I'm paid up for 6 months on my two accounts so I wouldn't have much choice anyway ). ___ My views may not represent those of my corporation, which is why I never get invited to those diplomatic parties... That being said, my problem does not stem from the effect of the disabling of ghost-training (I have 1 and only 1 acct). It is the fact they said it was a bug... Why should I trust them with my $$? And yeah I know it is a game but the people who run it are a company. CCP has a pretty terrible ethical track record. I will be happy to elaborate.
