Not much firepower, but the defense rating on EFT is about 1k, and the cap lasts about 20mins before you need to shut down one of the invul fields.
Dude, I hope that's just a mistake or something... check the drake's bonuses, you really only ever use kinetic (scourge) missiles... 25% more dps. Even if the rats weakest resist isn't kinetic, the bonus usually makes up for it.
Here's my silly faction drake fit, omni tank cos I'm too lazy to switch hardeners. I can tank most L4s using just one booster, but for heavy plexes and the AE bonus room I can turn on the other every so often. I actually lost this today doing a cosmos plex when I got disconnected and I didn't have a booster running... lots of swearing, and then to make things worse some ***** ninja'd my loot before I got back in there :(
