I hate it when mission runners somehow think they own dead space missions and everything within them.
and I really get annoyed when they incessantly cry in local. I just wanna say:

"Manners" (whatever people think these are) matter a lot to some people. And if you think it matters only to carebears, try stealing loot from a gatecamp, jumping a 1vs1, pulling off a logonski and whatever your imagination can come up with.
Maybe it doesn't matter to an independent observer whether an action was "rude" or not, and you won't be banhammered by CCP for (most) rude actions, but to the ones involved it can be quite serious business (or lulz, depending on who you ask).
Its rude kill someone in low sec. Its rude to pod most of the time. Its rude to steal someones loot.
If you are going to accept that stuff then you really cant call anything else which done in game as being rude. The only possible exception would be a meta or OOC conversation in which rudeness would be elevated to a higher/meta level.
Basically EVE is built on rudeness - so if anything offends you and you mention it - lolz.
If you think corp is different than a guild or clan you have some insecurity issues.

This. This is not rude. This should be rewarded.

It seems like only one conclusion can be safely drawn from this thread...
Rudeness is complete subjective and can be argued about until everyone is blue in the face, but the ability to grab a corpse with a tractor beam is an essential feature that should be patched into the game as soon as possible. ---- Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa*coughcough*aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrr!! |
