Hi all. I just saw that the guys over at www.eve-i.com implemented a new Object Explorer , where u can find each Commander with bounty, along with Named Commanders (or Officers, which are not active yet). All Items in that Database list also the Stuff these Commanders will drop. I think u should take a look at the list there.

Hi there!
This is the List of known NPC Commanders (Officers may be added when released), NPC Mining Operations and Loot from the Commanders, in order to give u an insight of what is out there and what u can get from it. So get your ships equipped and waste them on the NPCs. 
This keeps u getting money, loot and perhaps the builders in eve sell more ships. 
U may respond to this thread when u have corrections, new screenshots, new information. Thx to all who helped to get this initial list running!

It seems that all mining ops in 0.0 Space come with 1-2 BS around 500k to 750k as escorts. The haulers are around 250k to 750k in bounty and drop enourmous amounts of minerals. Here is a brief overview of these droppings, along with some droppings in lower security areas. There are no special differences between different races, so no use to make a difference there. This list will NOT be updated anymore, unless u find that WTFPWND-UBER-SPAWN. Then feel free to post.

eve-db.com has been updated with the new loot, just search for true or domination or something similar.

Killed a Shadow Serpentis Defender last night. Bounty was 90,000 ISK and the loot was normal stuff. This was in Empire space.

Just had a look at some of the Shadow stuff on eve-db.com and there is some nice items. Shadow Serpentis 425mm Railgun among others. Yummy.
I just noticed that there is even blueprints for the railguns Not sure if it is limited or unlimited. Boy I want one of those.

From my experience i think it's fair to assume that as far as sansha rats go - any standard rat can be a TRUE sansha rat commander and then give out some tasty loot.
I have taken out a true sansha slave lord and true sanshs minion (but the minions loot was not named sansha loot, it was a decent warp disrupter)

Can someone give me an indication (probably hard to tell) as to how many times you come across such special spawns? I am mostly hunting solo in 0.0 space, going from extremely well ore-seeded systems to ones that are mined out, but i have yet to come across (in my case) Dark Blood's.

I stumbled upon a Dark blood Harbinger (already listed).
It was accompanied by two 500k geddons and about 6 frigs.
It dropped a Dark Blood Mega Pulse Laser, from memory the stats on it are 3.125 damage modifier, 7.8 ROF.
Can't remember the Power and cpu reqs, my hunting mate has them in his hangar.
