It has come to my attention that with the high level of female gamers in eve it can sometimes be hard to find a real man. Many of them hide behind a female avatar so that they do not have to worry about being harassed by woman. So me and the Broski Contigent have taken it upon ourselves to open up a channel for male gamers only. The public channel we have setup is named MMgoE and we invite all men to join our channel so that they can have a sense of community and bonding with there other manly men gamers. Once you have joined that channel you will be able to setup a TS interview so that we can confirm that you are in fact a man and we will then invite you to our private channel. I look forward to meeting more men in eve and hopefully we can all grow from this male bonding. |

Thank you all for all the positive support and manlove we will be setting up interviews tomorrow for the private channel. We got a surprisingly high number of male gamers already coming out of the wood works to join this up and coming eve in game channel of friendship. |

We're playing a game, where it does not matter.
But wait ... this is a game, which is played worldwide.
Maybe some live in a society/country, where gender separation is still mandatory for whatever reason?

There all all woman channels in eve this is simply an all male channel for men to talk about the stresses of being a man in eve. |

If there is any stress from being X(X) or (X)Y in a game then it is time to take a break from the game, whichever game it is. If you are being harrassed for our gender then report them and let CCP deal with them. All the games I have played so far treat this sort of behaviour seriously. I think CCP would also treat it seriously. There is no excuse for that type of behaviour.
Unless you tell someone your gender no one knows it, or orientation for that matter, therefore you are going to be a tad stuck. Why? Well simpley how are you going to know if whoever joins is a man or a woman?
Does your "manly" man channel description or in your idea men who happen to find other men attractive? After all a number of people don't count them as "manly".

OP is feeling a little anxious over the fact that female Eve players have a public channel (men are allowed to join it) and a private, women only channel. Because historically whenever men let women join an activity the girls pretty quickly wreck it, undermine the manliness of said activity, spread their feminine corruption and filth through it and before long whatever it is was is worthless to good manly men of virtue. Just look at what they've done to science fiction TV.
We can see the seeds of the destruction of Eve by woman have already been planted in the form of Captain's Quarters and sparkly user interfaces. Obviously the feminisation of Eve should not be allowed to continue unchecked or before too long spaceships will be right out and we'll just be having massive love orgies and relationship drama in stations.
