Huff Tech: pirates who began their career in the 'Bloody' Sarum Prime days. Recieved serious beatings from anti-pirate corps. Learned and adapted from older pirate corps and older pirate players. Eventually moved to 0.0 space. Fought many fights against other pirate corps and anti-pirate corps. Many members began to leave the corp due to their involvment with FE. EVE Marshal pirate information acquistion lost contact approx. 2 months ago after leaving the Providence region and due to the declining activity of Huff Tech as a pirate organization. Successful infiltration by EVE Marshal personnel of both Huff Tech and Bloody Hands corp lead to most of the information provided. Bloody Hands corp eventually collapsed due to misinformation and misdirection by 'seeded' Marshal. 'Seeded' agent then recruited by Hanns of BIO-Mass corp. Current Status *secret*
Huff Tech: -Successful at 'ganking'. - around 90% successful at engagements when having vastly 'superior' numbers -In early days showed pitiful attempts at local 'smack talk' -Early days also showed unsuccessful setups used by members -Many Huff pilots fell for combined Marshal/Deathstar/FinFleet and Celestial Apoc traps
Current assessment of strength and skill of Huff is under evaluation. As well as intentions of the corp.
Normally I dont provide the information that we gather on rat corps (and ofc alot of info was excluded) but I felt it was necessary to post it here. In case Huff is going the honest route I want people to know the history of Huff before dealing with them. If intentions are to be good citizens of EVE then best of luck to you all.

Frakri, to be honest it doesnt matter what EVE community think of huff, the only thing that matters is what your corp mates think. You can waste a lot of time on the forums defending your corp from people who hardly know u,or know anything about your corp.

LOL Kirin. Never fought them, though I know they are hanging around vale choke points. Once we clean the TPS outta Vale, we'll come check you guys out a little more intently, like Kirin was saying.
Seriously, I like pirates, they make the PvP fun, and I hate smack in local...lets just kill each other for fun. Man, that sounds kinda sadistic doesn't it?
Go team gank.

Edited by: ThunderChicken on 01/07/2004 14:57:57 Huff needs to invest in some Sensor Boosters. Tried to target me a few times while running around in my Rupture, but I pulled a Brave Sir Robin, since I knew that more of you were lerking around. I am a low yield target anyway, best you would have got from me would have been some Robotics and Consumer Products.
Although I have to thank you for that wake up call, I was about to fall asleep at the wheel until I heard the targetting lock sound going off. Have fun.

Edited by: shifting on 01/07/2004 15:06:47 Huff? the only dealings with them i've had was that two of their members just liberated about 6000m^3 of pyroxeres from me in empire space. i'm in tears, my business is ruined forever.
goes out to show how much money there is to be made in piracy these days i suppose.
err i mean Selective PVP'ing of course, not piracy.

actually, i was kind of hoping i'd had more veld...erm pyro;) in the can, since it's efficiently a waste of time to drag your indy (or the two of them..) around the belts for a small load of ore. soz.
can't be arsed with secure cans, all the more reason and motivation to leave secure and busy empire space once in a while
