Well, we can't really post an update when there isn't one. It'd be "still no news" closely followed by "nothing yet" and five minutes later "nothing to report now either" and so on.

how longs the natural recharge on a POS?

the whole game was unplayable at least it was for me
1 account wouldnt log in and the other took 2-3 mins for the commands to register
has this been fixed yet? are we going to be seeing any kind of reimbursement?

its not the point
i know the EULA is their magical get out of jail free card for everything
its just plain not good customer service.....i have nearly 10 years of experience some of it working for the technical department at SKY tv in the uk, if the customers service was interupted because THEIR equipment malfunctioned then we may charge them for an engineer but their subscription from when they first reported the issue to when the issue was resolved is always refunded, no matter how small the amount...
when the issue was with SKY's equipment (which is rare) the customer gets a refund!
just one example of how customer service is handled by company's with a desire to retain their customers. the point im trying to make is that ive heard of no company in the uk allowed to charge customers for a service which is not at the level they claim or in some cases not existant at all
or am i losing something in the fact that im in the uk and ccp is icelandic? is this common practice in iceland?
