All CCP need to do is restore the server to the way it was before the known server issues set in, this includes game time. I am hoping for this though I didn't lose anything myself.

Curious, because when I did, we had to absorb the blame for our upstream providers. Take a good hard look at the IHR - several cores are in the red this morning, that has nothing to do with CCP but CCP must say, "We're working on it." because people pay for their service. The packet loss is more than likely an issue off your network unless someone's been implementing (upgrading) balance code and its not working as intended... Edit - actually I'm able to log in and get response to databases again (wallet and market)
