Edit: After reading alot of posts it looks like probz appear in Empire, is it possible with 2 travelways outside and inside of empire?

It's gonna ruin empire fighting
We can't use Mob. Warp Disruptors in Empire.

Now bear in mind nothing is written in stone. Oveur has already stated that he means to informalize the devblog just for this very reason; people take what is pondered there too seriously. This is just the brainstorming of one dev, trust the higher powers of the team as a whole!

how is it bad? it will encourage more people to venture to 0.0 space 
i would have thought this was a pirates dream come true,
or are all the pirates scared that they wont be able to simply abandon the gate when a large forces enters system ready to wtf pwn you ,without you losing some isk due to your mobile warp disruptors beeing blown up.

Funny you should mention chat client, 2 weeks ago I tried to sell my RL boss on that same idea, except I stated it was a secure client and could be used to test hardware too.
OK so I work for and educational facility, and am trying to phrase a grant just right to get the Feds or State to funnel $$ to us for an in school program. That teaches strange physics, chemistry, personal growth, economics and interpersonal relationships.
Stop griping about server instability and go buy an EVE mug!
Additionally with the purchase of each mug you will receive two(2) invisible Elves.

Hows empire war gona work then? u cant deploy disruptors there?! 0.4 gate camping would be useless, grrr these carebear changes drive me mad
Remove instant bms and Leave the rest as it is! lol keep going like this and u'll loose lots of players

This kills what we do - killing pirates.
Example 1:
Pirates deploy MWD.
Randomperson warps in, and gets trapped by the MWD and ganked.
Example 2:
Pirates deploy MWD.
We warp on, and get trapped by the MWD.
Pirates scatter. They lose (gasp) a MWD.
We CANNOT now catch the pirates because they can insta away into other systems. We want to FIGHT, not chase pirates arround all day uselessly.
Speed up warps, sure (heck, make them 1-2 seconds long!). But prevent instas working (hence faster ships travel faster, which would ALSO be removed - and that's rubbish. It makes things like transport cruisers obselete when I can auto-insta with an indy. I'm still just as dead if I warp into a camp) - speeds up travel time without upsetting balance.

I thought of a really simple and elegant answer to this, and also to the sentiment that Warp Core Stabilizers being overpowered. What about having a Jump Disruptor module? Simply put, make it work just like a Warp Disruptor, except it prevents you from using a stargate when active on a locked target. Then you can have an equivalent module to counter the Jump Disruptor. Thus, to be a real blockade runnner, you'd need to mount both WCS and the 'Jump Stabilizer'. That means that you can't mount 8 WCS or whatever, which is frequently what people do when travelling, making them immune to any sane tackling setup.
The justification can be that it is a communication jamming device that prevents a ship's navigation computer from triggering the stargate.
It's often possible to lock people before they jump, even when they're on instas, if you have a ridiculously short lock time ( like a sig boosted interceptor ). So it should be possible to get an instalock jump scrambler config going with sig and sensor boosters.
Just a thought.
