Just let him dec you. If it's just him then you can beat him no trouble. A blackbird or two and he's dead in the water. That's assuming he even has the guts to go out to wherever you are to fight you.

I feel this whole post was FAIL. Do this tell him to "F" off. Then tell him if he doesnt pay you 100mil every week for the next year you will hire REPO industries to destroy whatever capital ship he has.
Or just tell him to STFU and leave the convo.......

Seriously, EvE isnt the big scary wonder that you think it is. He is not uber, and flying caps means/is nothing, thousands can. Unless of course he can beat you with his ego, which is what he seems to be doing.
Ignore him, tell him to get stuffed, fight him for the laughs in cheap tech I ships and get some experience from this, move around in two's and threes with plenty of EWAR fitted. Its not a problem and you shouldnt see it as one. He is one person and one person in eve can do very little.
To be perfectly honest I think you should name and shame him here on the forum so we can all have a damn good laugh at how uber he actually isnt.
