Myself and 3 corp mates are hunting at the first belt in F-NXLQ. We warp in and NONE of us can launch drones activate modules or do anything but move. I log off and log back on to find my ship destroyed and I am somehow podded and in a station. This is from 4 npc frigates and 2 npc cruisers. What the hell is this? 4 implants 1 bs down the drain because of some BS bug. How did this even make it onto the live server? I want awnsers CCP.

This has been happening for a while now. Certain systems are bugged in a way that means you cannot fully complete a lock-cycle on anything which means your weapons aren't able to be activated (but your other modules like MWD and tac shields etc still activate despite not flashing green on/off).
Ask your mates to try targetting each other to verify it - I bet they can't complete the lock-cycle.
I'd petition it under "Other" with a full explanation.
Usually the system can't be fixed until the next downtime.

No I couldn't even launch drones or activate our other modules. I tried before I logged to activate my armor repairers. How the hell does that even happen?

This was total bull. No modules would activate, after atomic tried to save himself by logging I warped to a planet. After a minute or so at the planet everything I tried to do happened at once, I got messages telling me that my guns can't activate because the target isn't locked, all my drones launched, etc.
This is total crap, I made a joke in the cloaking thread about impeaching the devs, well I'm serious this time, CCP, fire ALL your devs and hire high school students beecause you will have much more comptent people working for you. I will not stop posting and CALLING you until you replace ALL of Atomics stuff, ALL of it.

So, so lame. How is anyone supposed to avoid this besides staying docked or in 1.0 space? CCP needs to fix the server. period. if you guys can't figure out what you did to break it, then roll back to the last working patch and configuration and study whatever you did till you know what you messed up.
And how on earth did Fish get podded?

I have no idea how this even happened. I was watching my armor and shields go down. So my game client was still updating something but I could do nothing. This is not just some freak incident if it happened to 4 people at the same time.
Ok now I have an insurance payment of 42 million in my wallet from the megathron. This ship was insured under the corperation through the corp wallet 100 percent. No payment was recorded in the corp wallet for this insurance. But the corp wallet still shows the payment to get the insurance in the first place. Something is serioussly messed up here.

I was present when this happened. My modules wouldn't activate either. I was reloading ammo at the gate in the next system over and the ammo remained flashing for 20+ seconds so I finally said screw it and jumped. Problem is I jumped, but I never jumped into the next system; I remained looking at the previous gate. Sphal and Levin were both in system with Atomic and they couldn't activate their modules either; we were all in the same gang. I sent in a petition as well. Please replace Atomic's stuff as this was clearly a server issue as it happened to all 4 of us at the same time across 2 different systems....

If so, the forum totally crashed out and I got the screen saying there were cluster problems and to try again later
I think the server took a nosedive for a minute or two.

Yes, it was a server problem, it took a few minutes for my modules to re-activate. CCP needs to fix this NOW. They have been pulling alot of moronic crap recently and knowing that we will get no compensation really "makes me mad". You don't have alot of chances left CCP, you have managed to **** everyone in the game off in the last month in one way or another. It's time to stop smoking ***** and start doing your jobs, you look pretty much incompetent at this point.

i lost my apoc the same way 2 weeks ago and the devs DONT reimburse you because its written everywhere that the server have problems and its your own risk if you go hunting anyway.. basically you have to stay docked until the servers are fixed :)
