Anyone wishing to test should do it in the same client usage. This is how I will test. Anybody applying should do the same. 1-Start bandwith tool 2-Start client normally 3-jump 2/3 systems and get pack to start point. 4-Log off and quit client 5-change firewall settings 6-start from 2 to 4 7-Compare bandwith log. It's really mportant to do the same things between both session. Another good point : clean your cache before starting client in both cases. I'll publish my results here when done.
