EVE downtime, times ever going to change?

Vilnayin	Posted - 2004.07.05 11:22:00 - [9] GMT currently is UK BST (british summer time)+1 HR when UK clocks go back it then becomes uk time then reverts to GMT this is only reason down time will change as far as i know... appart from the unscheduleds and the extended patches :)

The UK is currently under BST which is GMT+1 If you're in a timezone unaffected by BST or other daylight savings changes, downtime won't move. For UK players, yes it moves, but not for everyone.

It would make more sense to have DT when the least amount of players are on, which is between 8am and 9am GMT (According to the EVE-I server status).
