Are the times, 11:00 to 12:00 GMT* that the downtime occur ever going to change? For example, 23:00 - 24:00 GMT and so on? We have used the same DT now for over a year now.
*) Greenwich Meridian Time
Edit: Added clearifaction.

In the case of Eve, it means both.

GMT currently is UK BST (british summer time)+1 HR when UK clocks go back it then becomes uk time then reverts to GMT this is only reason down time will change as far as i know... appart from the unscheduleds and the extended patches :)

GMT never changes.
The UK is currently under BST which is GMT+1
If you're in a timezone unaffected by BST or other daylight savings changes, downtime won't move. For UK players, yes it moves, but not for everyone.

Downtime on weekend is shorter most of the time (15-30minutes), but always about an hour on workdays, but why does someone bother with the DT? There are other thing to fix then to get rid of the DT. It's only one hour. --------------

I would also propose to start the Downtime, about 2h sooner. As ist is now, the player number is already increasing again .. 1h before downtime starts..

DT is needed, and that'd fine - But it's right in the middle of the day for Europeans (Eves largest player base), and it really annoys me when I'm halfway throug something, and DT creeps up on me.
It would make more sense to have DT when the least amount of players are on, which is between 8am and 9am GMT (According to the EVE-I server status).
