To tank that battle station (that the citadel torp is fired from) my old corp and i used a Broadsword with two basilisks as support.

I remember reading a HAC can also survice but I haven't tested it myself. Its a nasty complex that should get some sort of warning though definitely, I mean come on you get a warning on level 1s with Inties. A 500k dps missile spewing tower of death does warrant a little hint... Where do ideas like these come from? Monkeys in hats?

I'm not sure what my resistances were, but I saved this from my bio: 22:58:10 Combat Thor Torpedo I belonging to Guristas Pirates hits you, doing 10712.0 damage. We calculated that the torp was doing about 180,000 damage, raw. So I guess I had about 94-95% to that specific damage type...

Sophia Esperanza Caldari	Posted - 2008.11.13 05:18:00 - [26] I think they ALL shot at once, and the final blow was one torp. That happens if you lag a bit. They all hit you at once and you go pop. That killmail shows total damage, so you really can't say if it was just 1 hit.
Omarvelous Caldari Destry's Lounge	Posted - 2008.11.13 05:41:00 - [27] Ran the guristas 10/10 version. Had to use a carrier (no accel gates on ours). If that Torp follows the missile forumla (and remember it may NOT do racial damage - the guristas citadel torp was a THOR torp - EM) get a Jag/Wolf with a natually high EM resist and cram as many EM hardeners as you can and have logistics on hand. The rest of the gang kills off the NPC spawns that come after you keep on damaging the fortress. Its a challenge and why its the toughest ranked plex in the game 10/10. Good luck on working your way up again. BTW that plex dropped a 22nd overseer's effect (110 million) and a pithi A-Type X-Large Shield Booster (700 mil). Risk to get that reward!
