When i see in the patch note "If you get scrambled your MWD will immediately end its cycle" i KNOW you can do it !
WE CAN DO IT !
STOP making new sh it like the certificate and try to improve what you already have ! ...

Hes talking about the following.
Falcon jams you (20 second jam cycle starts), then cloaks. The jam cycle still continues while the Falcon is cloaked or even loses it's lock while it is still on grid, i.e. Gets counter-ECM'd, Dampened, moves out of range.

It *may* be working as intended. I mean your sensors get jammed at the start of the cycle and take the rest of the cycle to "recover", who knows

That's a bug?
No its a game feature...Wait
Think of it this way, what if the falcon is 'overloading' your sensors such that they have to recalibrate, that this takes 20 seconds. As opposed to the idea that a jammer functions like its nearest modern analogue; in which case a jammer would always either jam a target or not (no percentile chance) as they used to.

game feature.
you could say the same thing about the opposite: damps will work until the end of the cycle. ---

I know it's a game feature, I was just making it clearer what he was complaining about.
