Noir. has an impressive resume with alliance/corp oriented operations. When you need a pos bash fleet or some extra muscle on a roaming op you would find few to do as good a job at it. From my dealings with them I can honestly say they are truely proffesional and dedicated to getting the job done.
However they ain't too smart about weeding out comedy contracts in high sec from the to do list. Think we could get another anon contract for them to do something epic like bumping freighters off gates and stations to practice economic warfare for some shipping company. Pretty Please?

It seems you think you have an inkling of what we were doing for our client. :) You also persist in the apparent belief that you somehow frustrated our ability to complete our most recent task as specified by the customer.
Neither is true.
As to whether a contract is worthwhile, You're certainly entitled to your opinions. We take tasks for individuals who cannot (or will not) perform said task themselves.
As to whether a contract meets your (or anyone else's) standards for being a worthwhile one, I'm afraid that's not your judgement to make.
Our customers make the final judgement and so far they've given us a thumbs-up.
But thanks for the input.

Erm... no offense to you, whoever you are, but Noir. only wardecs under contract. Unlike many other outfits that operate in high sec Noir. has never issued a wardec unless it was part of a contract we were being paid to do.
Might want to do a little more research before you make silly accusations like this. Our Killboard is open to the public to view and if you look you'll find every contract we've been on is listed there. If you're griping about lowsec or 0.0? We operate strictly NBSI in both though we do tend to let a LOT of neutrals alone in lowsec since we have to keep our sec status above -2.0 so that we can fulfil contracts in high sec whenever necessary.

Holy crap batman, this one is a genious. If I had a prize for a good answer, you would win. Everyone knows you operate under contract. Thats not what I said or even mentioned. Your just using a contract (pretty good excuse these days) to kill anyone you want. seems to be a good profession too.

Please explain to me, because I'm obviously slow, how we are "just using a contract (pretty good excuse these days) to kill anyone you want" when we only wardec people who we are hired (by another player) to wardec? No offense but we aren't one of those demented merc outfits that just decs anyone they like then calls it a 'contract' (not naming any names here but yes, I'm well aware that a lot of 'mercs' have done just that in the past).
Noir. doesn't. And if you paid half a moment's attention to our contract history you'd know that.

Employers use contracts to get us to kill who they want. That's...sort of the point...that you missed...
Besides, I can't afford us

prove it then...which is a problem cause most mercs (if not all) wont show the "contract". Which means its just a sorry excuse for pvp in high sec... pretty lame if you ask me

We show the contract ;) It's on our killboard. If you mean 'show the employer'? Nope not going to happen. Employer is kept confidential. The whole point of hiring mercs is so you don't have to do the dirty work (or face reprisals) yourself. Duh. Unless the employer specifically gives directions or permission to reveal their identity we never divulge that information. Regardless of what you may wish.
If you honestly think we're going to divuldge former employer names just because you make lame accusations on a forum you're deluding yourself.

1. We didn't ask you. 2. We will never reveal a contractor's identity, unless they desire it. 3. We don't do random wardecs. If we go after you, it's because someone paid us to. 4. No good merc will ever reveal their contractor. They'd never get another job.
