The post is a copy/paste from their intel channel, where a Goodfellas member id clearly seen indicating that BOB are friends. There is also a TRI link, with certain key members in Goodfellas. Hey Sasha. I've got a proposal for you. Right now you and I are at opposite ends of the Eve spectrum. You're all aggro and angry about things. I don't know why this is, but I think it's great that you care so much. Conversely, I really don't care any more. Maybe it's because my raison d'etre was determination to see the end of Goons and, to be honest, no-one really cares about them any more. To be blunt, I'm short on care and you've got lots to spare. I would therefore like to propose a cultural exchange programme. What do you say - let's swap sides a while? Smacking for Goons seems pretty easy - you just copy / paste from some kind of pre-approved post list, amirite?

I had to restart my modem/router just as the fight started because I was frozen stuck in the same system you came from (somehow my modem or router was the reason for this!?!). When I had connection to the internet again and logged on I noticed that I somehow had manage to get back into 1ix. From the time I pressed login it took about 1 minute before I was on the grid fully loaded and firing my weapon and this was with appr. 400 in local, capitals and all. I suspect the lag you experienced was due to this damn memory leak (or whatever it is) that have been since the QR patch. Lets hope CCP fix it asap.

We were prepped to jump to 1ix when one of our pilots screwed up in his carrier and we had to jump earlier than expected, hit the first lot of hossies unfortunately the carrier died anyway. We then started hitting a couple of PoS.... we warped to the next PoS but one of our caps got stuck, too close to the pos shields. GF's started hitting him as best they could,he was bubbled so couldn't warp out. We warped in some carrier support to rep him up (he was at 5% armor). About 20 mins of cat and mouse with GF's popping in and out of shields to keep him and a couple of other caps from warping (nice work by the dictor pilots). Eventually we got our caps out without any further losses, just as we warped local popped from 350 ish to 570+. The order to warp all caps to the gate close range was given so we did. Lag was horribad, even relogging didn't help. So... just to make things very very clear, we did not hold the gate with everything we had, fighters were not predeployed for the incoming hostiles and they had already jumped and loaded by the time the caps warped in. My assumption at the time was we had just managed to escape a large fleet seeing an opportunity to gank some carriers being held at the pos by their support while the rest were possibly seiged at another pos. Try fighting facts with facts guys, but then given your record to date can't really expect that now can we?

See you on next round.Very very soon. Much as I hate to argue on a public forum, I think maybe your numbers are off a tad. Local in 1ix was nearer to 170 when the nc came in to system. There was a MAX of 30 nc in the system at that point, if you only had 80 in your gang, maybe that was because you had 'issues' with some of the other people you had 'invited' to the fight, but there was certainly well over a hundred BOB PETS in local. Sort out your ts next time, you spent hours organising the gang and there was dozens of ppl not even on ts for the first fight, paranoia Also, when GF came back the second time in a mainly hac/recon gang, you had been screaming for help from your residents and arguing ***ing to get more numbers. Can I also point out that the lag was a nightmare but it serves you right for all the smack in local earlier, I dont really know anyone from Wildly Inappropriate but the rubbish they had to put up with and swearing from a fair few of your pilots, must have made it all the sweeter to kill you...

Lag was a bit rediculous considering we even petitioned the node before downtime in anticipation of a slobberknocker. Local smack was plentiful as it always is leading up to the engagement. I think it drives GF more crazy that we do not talk in local than nearly anything else. Anyway, lets hope for moar less laggy pew pew in the future.
