By "create" I mean imagine a person at most "one standard deviation" away from normal, and imagine a kind of backstory of how she ended up the way you want her to be. How old would she be (about your age, younger, older, and by how much), how would she look like (shorter/taller, skinny/plumpy, hair/eye/skin colour), what kind of personality would she have (based on imagined "life experience", and it must make sense), what interests would she have, and why would she even want to hang out with you in the first place... so on and so forth.
Yeah, that DOES mean you can't say "looking like <random supermodel>, genius-level intelligence, rich as hell and loves me unconditionally". You have to be realistic. Pick something like a girl you know or even have dated, maybe even your current girlfriend/wife (if you have one) and "change" a bit here and there to make it more to your liking... if you can't imagine it all from scratch.
She would look similiar to her
She would of course be very rough around the edges, have an anger problem with a soft side, and overall be beautiful. She'd be younger then me at around 18. I'd meet her someplace random like a store or college...
hahahah you didnt think youd get a reply like this did you. Well anyways, I personally think it would kick ass.

Because no matter how you look at it every single one sucks your time, money, and life right into itself and gives you nothing in return.
That is unless you get married to her. Then you get to pay alimony and never see your kids again after 5 years or less.
PS. There is no such thing as a perfect girl.

Meh, if you pick a fictional character, especially a cartoon, you might want to pick somebody who's not a total emotional wreck

Well, if you want a girl whose crowning moment of awesome will outlive Evangellion itself, mkay. Taking on the the Entire Bolivian Army ending and taking a pair of nuclear ICBM's to the face did look mighty awesome.... then getting back up again to duke it out with 9 Evangellions
Yea, I loved that film.

Nah, thats just the most immediately interesting image of Nagato I have to hand. Truth be told the kind of girl I would like would be the badass bookworm type, which is essentially what Nagato is the de facto poster girl of. |

Hmm.
1. Stays out of my way 2. Says **** all unless needed. 3. Possibly plays games, not a massive requirement. 4. Expects no money spent on her.
To be honest, I can exist without, just as I do now.
Between my avid gaming, music creation, mountain biking, work, art and sleeping... I literally do not have the time to waste.
Maybe later when I somehow get bored from all of the above. |

Originally by: Akita T Well, you can "summon" any fictional character you want as long as it's realistic (no Wonder Woman, no Supergirl, no Batgirl, no hot terminator android from the future), as long as you can come up with a reason why she ended up with you in the first place, and why she would remain with you at all afterwards.

Well thats me out then. I think she is perfect. Cameron |

I've really given up hope on that score. I've been married but excuse the pun, my heart wasn't in it.
I found my perfect one years ago when I was 19 and lost her again, there hasn't been one yet that even comes close. Almost every moment we spent together, we were in a lip lock and jeez she was the most awesome kisser I have ever met. We would go out on Sunday on her family's day out and find somewhere quiet to spend the whole time just kissing. Moate park, Camber Sands, I remember those days like they were yesterday. I learned a lot from her even though we never got around to sex and I can make most women reach a peak just by kissing them now, trust me it's possible
Her name was Helen and the only legacy she left me was the ability to turn a woman on by kissing her but the downside is, Helen is the only woman I'd want to use it on.
