This is just stupid. 30sec aggro timer isn't enough. Before this nerfpatch you could at least bump people away from gates/station. Now they just wait their aggro out and redock. Aggro timer should be increased to at least 2 minutes. |

In all seriousness this isnt an issue if you a) dont endgage at stations and b) draw aggro before commiting and have baackup squadmates unaggressed to go through the gate with the target to catch him on the other side
there will always be loop holes just learn to use them to your advnatge.
would a 2min aggro help ? probably not would just make people less willing to commit to a fight and reduce the amount of PvP, or just cause people to fit to surive the 2min agrro and then your back to sqaure 1 |

Dude, do you even fight anything but rats? Not all gangs are blobs with insane dps. Proper small gangs got recons, dictors and maybe 1 bait. Its just stupid how people arent afraid to undock capitals anymore, they are 100% secure unless they crash or blob lags out the node. Small pvp gangs are already taking all the risks. |

A small gang should be able to kill sub capital ships in less than 30 seconds.
With a 2 minute agro timer a small gang still wont be able to kill a carrier on a station, they would need to hotdrop dreads on it. |

Hot dropping dreads isn't a problem. Hell, make that timer 5min-s. But there should be some risk involved when undocking from a station. Maybe stations should throw you out about 10km from the docking range, that could help also.

agro timer isnt 30s, it is 1 min.. but yes its way to litle.. I had 6bs and a hac shooting my plated bs on a station and I did manage to deagro  not to talk about using caps in lowsec... even if someone hotdroped 10 dreads on my stationhuging carrier I would have time to deagro when cyno goes up.. first jump in lag for dreads, then they need to enter siege and lock the carrier.. dont leave them many seconds to shoot so unless the carrier is totaly ******ed he has enough hp to dock even without any reps :P --------

ive got no problem with being kicked out of a station at 10KM, just as long as i have some way (other than a metagaming scout alt) to know whats outside.
Lets hope when ambulation comes they have station windows FFS.

Heck, the ship scanner would suffice, and already exists within the game. Give us access to it while docked, perhaps with the ranged vastly reduced, and it would go a long way. |

This. Or rather, sensors.. don't tell me you can't afford to put the same technology that comes with a tech1 frigate or shuttle on a multibillion isk station.
No undock/redock games? Good. Being able to know what's outside the station before clicking undock? Also good.
It really doesn't make much sense to have to undock blind as it is, especially when you know it might be dangerous. It's just as silly as being able to undock/redock repeatedly, immune to any form of attack since you can dock before you're even allowed to be targetted...
Of course, someone will promptly be in to argue that it makes no sense to put a basic radar system on a station, and that people should have to undock blind so they can easily be ganked, because that's what EVE is about.  |

This. Best thing is, it wouldn't hurt people on home turf, because undock->instawarp->warp back to 0km on station->play station games would become extremely popular.

erm DONT camp gates then? or just the small ones? [radius did not change, only gate size] you got Probes now...in 2004 you had to check each belt yourself to check for ratters etc and safespots were safe. So you COULD try o engage enemies away from gates or stations...

The agro timer should have been extended back when HP was buffed.
