I'm looking to see how much interest there would be in me hosting another IPO very similar to the one I ran a few months ago:

The differences this time would be the overall offering would involve 5 billion isk instead of 1 billion isk, and would last 3 months instead of 1 month.
I would maintain the same business plan, only with larger volumes of higher end production (T2 gallente battleships, as I am now able to produce them).

I have been producing for friends as of recent and discovered the ease of T2 Battleship production if you keep your spreadsheets organized.
Anyone have any pointers or objections to any of this? Am I missing something in terms of larger volumes of T2 Battleship production, what works on a small scale I could see working on a larger scale, since a 'larger' scale would involve three runs of 4 run Kronos BPCs instead of simply one simultaneously (all that friends and I have invested in at one time so far).

In your previous venture, you declined an audit given the short duration of the investment. Would you submit to an audit this time around? You are, after all, talking about a product that is notoriosuly difficult to produce and, IIRC, slow to move on the market. Not to mention this investment will last a deal longer.
If you'd submit to an audit, I'd be willing to reserve a few hundred mil. |

It's a bit tedious, but for the time involved I suppose an audit will be quite helpful in getting more involved. |

OK. What kind of returns are you thinking of offering here? And are we talking about monthly returns, or one large return at the end of the investment period? |

I would maintain the 9% return per month, there would be a payout of the interest on the 30th, 60th, and 90th day, and I would also begin buybacks of shares on the 90th day.
Also, keep in mind, I will not limit myself to only T2 Battleship production as diversifying always seems to work out nicely (and is far less boring).

Sounds good. Your past venture seems to indicate you're pretty responsible and attentive, so pending the outcome of the audit, I'll reserve a 300 million isk investment.

Caste Ling, as I wrote previously, in light of the very small but very deliberate self-declared long-run, multi-stage scam of Amrof Ni and your past association with that pilot (see Employment Histories, Corporation founders in-game), it might have been good to get an audit done upon the conclusion of your previous venture, covering yourself, your alts and any then-current corporations.
Amrof Ni specifically claimed that flakeys and Alba Tross were party her scam attempt, though it looked more like flakeys was a victim and not complicit. Because no audit was completed, we don't have any evidence. Unfortunately, it might appear that waiting for an audit from then (when you acknowledged and dismissed my suggestion) might have served to purge evidence of complicity from your API logs.
In light of this apparent unfavourable past association, I would hope that any audit now will cover at least two accounts (Caste Ling has claimed at least two accounts, "I also use two accounts and three characters"), and would specifically check for evidence of possible complicity between Castle Ling and other potentially-implicated pilots Alba Tross, Amrof Ni, Amrofni, Assum Bli, and Ocii Ana.

Audits are done both in and out of game, by various methods.
The biggest tool for actual hard data is API key research where the audited person gives a limited or full API key to an auditor. These keys allow access to a huge amount of information on your characters, but do not allow access to actual account login or real life money info.
The other tools are basically talking to other people in one form or another, and reading through forum posts.
