The ESRB system is ENTIRELY VOLUNTARY. If a store won't sell you an M-rated game and you are under age, it is purely their company policy (to appease parents and various groups) and has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE LAW. Further, the few such laws that ave been attempted or established (such as the law in California which Shchwarzenegger signed) have been overturned by state supreme courts. That said, I doubt many players are young teens who could not otherwise buy the game. Especially since they can buy it online without any problem whatsoever. I don't see why it isn't at least rated M. Or even better - NO RATING. Make it a brutal game with completely open options. I don't want to play a fisher priced game that is appropriate for a ten year old or a fourteen year old. I want sex, drugs, brutality, deception. Everything.
