Most of russian players are between 5weeks and half a year old and fly a fully npc tank-able ship for easy profit.
you are looking for easy kills with no chance of escape - they are looking for easy isk and easy escape = balance. i hear asteroids dont fight back either why dont you try mining...

even if the txt is is in russian - you know and i know what it prolly says "guys that idiot is back get out of the belts and cloak/log" do you really need a translation? regardless of that putting a half thought out solution as you have proposed into the game will only end in them using a channel to communicate in so it makes no difference at all. spy texting lol....
start looking for people who actually want a fight instead of easymode pretend pvp.

Are you even using your brains?What he is refering to is that you are being so narrow minded to say everyone MUST speak english because it is an international game and he is refering to the fact most americans and uk players only speak one language.
If you would think about this just for one nano-sec you would see that the uk/usa people are the ones with the least input in trying to get into the whole 'international' thing.
If someone in local wants to talk russian or any other language fine by me it's stupid to force others what to type in local.We got our own language chats for that purpose and each corp/alliance decides for themselves how they handle this.
The non uk/usa people like me are trying our best allready on a lot of ways to adjust to this since english is the most common international language.So yes on the forums etc we do use english but forcing us to do it in local too.
Now tell me honestly :do you live in the uk or usa?

This is beyond stupid.
If you are PvP'ing with your BS, or ratting, or doing missions, and you get disconnected for whatever reason, your suggestion is that your ship should remain behind, uncontrolled as a sitting duck and just get blown up?
If the russians, or anyone else for that matter, disappear from the system once an unknown enters, hey, maybe you need to focus on other prey for your wouldbe pirating.
Sounds to me like you want some easy handed-on-a-silver-platter kills to brag about in your kill mail.

Posting in a 'waa, my pvp-fit ship wasn't allowed by game mechanics to kill pve setup ships just by entering system, waa' post.

How ridiculous, they could just open a private convo with each other but it's obviously easier to use local. You may think it's a bit of an advantage, but why not turn the tables; use google translate and the reply to them, showing you have at least an inkling of what was said? Then the mind-games are on your side.
Google doesn't do a perfect job but you can get the general idea. And you will also find that these 'secret messages' most often consist of "red in local, dock up".
Secondly, the logoffski... well the Russians probably do metagame a bit more than other nationalities in general, but I don't care. They can do what they like. You can either use your brain a bit and set up some traps for them, or just **** off and find a region full of whitebread racist trash like yourself.
Nobody has to play the game the way you want.
