CCP should do smthing about these griefer pirates who are so bad at PVP they have ti pick on defenseless haulers cuz they can't PVP against a combat ship. Tired of waiting in line for research slots? I mean.. we pay CONCORD taxes when we sell our goods. Why not pacify the area for us. If you want to know who is ultimately responsible though, its the major factions. Of course these lowsec areas are going to be infested with pirates. NPC Navies need to be there, CONCORD too, to enforce the rules. Then something needs to be done to boost the economy.
